Greater than one weekThese are very nice slam balls. Have ordered 4 for my home gym. 10, 12, 20, and 30 pounds. Nice quality with very little bounce.

> 3 dayNordick slam ball appeared to be made of a sturdy material, the thickness and and contours of the slam ball make it easy to grab without being slippery while you exercise with it. Overall the slam ball seems to be built for heavy duty use.

> 3 dayI saw 35 lbs and thought nothing of it, but this thing is a monster! It cant possibly be that Im very weak and out of shape, right? I kid. So far this thing has taken a beating like a champ. I use it for a wide variety of core and strength building exercises and I havent seen any indication of wear thus far. My only issue is that the texture designed to give it grip hurts my hands when Im throwing or slamming it, so I can only do a bit at a time unless I want to put on gloves. Either way, this is a personal problem and the ball does its job and it does it well! Definitely recommend adding a slam ball to your exercise routine! It doesnt feel like a lot of work until youre done!

Greater than one weekTypical resolution is to eat healthy and lose weight. A December 31st, zero hour staple, for me that has been a part of my year end celebration with a record beating my best girlfriend (current of course). Weight reduction has happened with or without my direct manipulation though the results expected and received during work out eras. At the point I am at, plain old sit ups dont always do it. Low result, high workload. A few of my fitness for life friends have suggested weighted balls for help in deterring the ever expanding gut. First of all, I will admit that perhaps my ego inspired me to get this size (35#) and is my ego that will not let the reality of (35#) supported merely by core muscles and my arms. Much more of a workout than I expected (I had picked up others similar but only for short periods and not really doing any sort of reps). I think the feeling of accomplishment will be worth it when I can add this to a Harlem Globetrotter routine Ive been thinking about trying...(if Im gonna dream Im gonna go big).
