NOW Supplements, Quercetin with Bromelain, Balanced Immune System*, 120 Veg Capsules

Quercetin has so many benefits that I have been taking it on and off for years. I feel healthier and younger now than I did twenty years ago, do not have any aches and pains and am down to my high school weight. I do believe quercetin and bromelain are part of decreasing my allergies to the point I dont need to take my inhaler or any other allergy meds. Will continue taking quercetin and this brand is one of my go-to brands.

The price was right for something I needed.

I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. My husband has severe asthma and seasonal allergies and has always been in the ER every year since he was a teen, for his symptoms. He was on all the meds they automatically put people on for these symptoms, all the steroids, inhalers, and nebulizers etc. and they didn’t always work either. They barely kept him functioning. Eight years ago, my doctors were no help at all to me with some of my own issues, and I saw through what was happening and realized they were following protocol for big pharma, and didn’t really know where my symptoms were coming from, so I started studying for myself, researching, etc and eventually healed myself. So long story short, I applied this same philosophy to the rest of my family, starting with my husband, and I put him on this supplement bromelain & quercetin, with a double dose of organic C from actual fruit every day (not synthetic ascorbic acid from big pharma,) and one Zyrtec a day. This was eight years ago. In the last eight years, my husband has not been to the ER once, or a doctor, at all. He has not had any symptoms, save twice, when the oven got smoky from a spill, and he had to open the windows for a minute. That’s IT. I’ve come to find over the years, that the medical industry is one for profit only, so beware and be think for yourself. Almost every commercial you see is paid for by big pharma. Allopathic doctors are trained and schooled by text books and studies that are written and approved of, by big pharma. Taking supplements rarely if ever, hurts anyones. If a vitamin or supplement makes you uncomfortable, stop taking it lol. But don’t listen to the propaganda that tells you supplements and diet don’t work, because that is a marketing LIE to keep you sick and dependent on an industry that lies and profits off of sickness!!

I was buying this local for $45 a bottle to help my lungs. I was so grateful for the clinic that recommended these but I ran out and the clinic had a delayed shipping situation. I looked up online and Amazon sells these for a fraction of the price $15 a bottle, less on auto-ship. Plus other sellers/platforms also sell QUARCETIN at way less than $45. Kinda felt robbed by shopping locally but came to terms with that since they sort of saved my life by recommending quercetin so whatever. I just never went back. New to asthma, I didnt quite know what to do and never thought my breathing or lungs would ever recover. I strongly feel that this natural supplement improved my quality of life 100%. FOR ANYONE WITH RESPIRATORY ISSUES you can try this, it was a complete and positive game changer for me. Along with SERRAPEPTASE.- Also sold on Amazon, ships super fast, and it also doesnt break the bank. :)

I was on a prescription seasonal allergy pill for ten years. As time went by, it appeared to be less effective. When I would ease back on the doses or quit taking it in winter (I live in the Midwest), my sinuses would plug up horribly and skin rashes would develop. If I got past those withdrawal effects, the itching would kick in. It was indescribable: constant, profound, affecting my sleep. No question, my body was addicted to the medication! I decided after much research to try quercetin as a natural alternative, to relieve these withdrawal symptoms and help me with my allergies moving forward. That was October 2018. The withdrawal symptoms lessened within the first couple days and within a month they were almost completely gone. When 2019 allergy season rolled around, I had an occasional drippy nose...after years of watery eyes and piles of tissues on a daily basis! I also used to get chronic upper respiratory infections, two or three every spring, and these, too, are in the past. I am not prone to long reviews, but I was inspired by other reviewers when choosing the NOW brand and felt I needed to pay it forward! I could never have predicted how much this supplement has improved my quality of life.

We love this product and have not been sick at all for 2 years while taking these. I recommend them highly.

I do not get paid for writing this review and in fact the first time I am writing a review for a product. This is an amazing product and I feel I owed a review. I was suffering from severe allergies from breaking into hives and respiratory issues when I moved to another country / city which is known from high concentration of pollens I have been using this product for the last 3 months and after taking this product for a period of 6 weeks, instead of having to take an anti-histamine daily or sometimes up to 2 a day, I am taking it perhaps twice or thrice per month especially during spring which is amazing I recently give it to my dog who is also suffering from itchiness and I have given him other “dog- based” anti-allergy products which nothing seem to work. After 4 days I can see that he is bitting his paws a whole lot lesser I have been using NOWs product for a number of years and by far this is one of their best product besides the liver cleanse.

I got this during the pandemic, its suppose to help your lungs. Its hard to give a true review because I didnt take it for more than a month. I believe it works in combination with Vitamin D, Zinc and turmeric as a binding agent.

Recently started taking but I can honestly say the pain from my stage IV osteomalacia has lessened. Now I do take this supplement with collagen (see other reviews) and Boron. The capsules are not difficult to swallow but I do take them with food. I’d you looking for non narcotic pain relief this would be something you’d want to use. Glad I found it. I’ll continue to write more on it later after I’ve taken it for several months but right now 2-3 weeks in all is well and pain has decreased.
