NOW Supplements, Quercetin with Bromelain, Balanced Immune System*, 120 Veg Capsules

Been taking every day. My allergies are about the same. But maybe the season is still peaking (late April). No side effects or anything. I am just unsure if these do anything.

I was buying this local for $45 a bottle to help my lungs. I was so grateful for the clinic that recommended these but I ran out and the clinic had a delayed shipping situation. I looked up online and Amazon sells these for a fraction of the price $15 a bottle, less on auto-ship. Plus other sellers/platforms also sell QUARCETIN at way less than $45. Kinda felt robbed by shopping locally but came to terms with that since they sort of saved my life by recommending quercetin so whatever. I just never went back. New to asthma, I didnt quite know what to do and never thought my breathing or lungs would ever recover. I strongly feel that this natural supplement improved my quality of life 100%. FOR ANYONE WITH RESPIRATORY ISSUES you can try this, it was a complete and positive game changer for me. Along with SERRAPEPTASE.- Also sold on Amazon, ships super fast, and it also doesnt break the bank. :)

I bought this to add to my 3 dogs food as one has been itchy lately and another is a new rescue pup who had not previously been outside and being 7 pounds is low to the ground. She began to develop cherry eye, and after a few hundred$$$ at vet and no good news, I started gently massaging her eye and worked on allergens- this product and a probiotic and within days her cherry eye shrunk and disappeared. All dogs respond well to this supplement ( I open the capsule and sprinkle on their food)! Great value for what you receive in this product!

I deal with a lot of sinus issues and once my allergies start kicking in full gear, itchy throat, sore throat, runny nose, sneezing, nasal drip , you name it, even the headaches but that would come if I didn’t get the nasal drip under control. This stuff literally stops all of it when I take it. As soon as I’m sneezing or have runny nose I take a pill and it goes away within 30-40 min. To me that’s pretty fast relief. You may have to wait to take it a few time to notice so that it’s in your system. I take a pill and then later in the day I take another. I’m tall and slim so I try not to take too much of anything at once because usually what’s being instructed on the bottle is too much for me(Call it what you want). I’m not a vegetarian but I did the research and per a veterinarian,You can even give this to your dog in their food. I go by her weight so since she’s about 60lbs I give her a full pill in a day. You can open it up and sprinkle some in their food and mix. I feed two separate servings a day to my dog so I give half the powder in the pill and then later give her the rest of it and mix with a little water in the food to help dissolve but that’s optional. It has helped my dog as well. She gets bad seasonal allergies and itchy/ scabby skin. I truly believe this has helped her this year. She has not had itchy itchy skin as bad and no scabs detected so far. Like I said, I love this stuff. Since I purchased it I have NOT had to take a single allergy pill , maybe just my steroid inhaler but no pills. This is the only one I turn to now. No sinus infections so far since the spring has hit. I’m not a Dr and not a vet but if you asked me, I’d say give it a try. I’m definitely buying more of this when I’m done with the bottle.

I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. My husband has severe asthma and seasonal allergies and has always been in the ER every year since he was a teen, for his symptoms. He was on all the meds they automatically put people on for these symptoms, all the steroids, inhalers, and nebulizers etc. and they didn’t always work either. They barely kept him functioning. Eight years ago, my doctors were no help at all to me with some of my own issues, and I saw through what was happening and realized they were following protocol for big pharma, and didn’t really know where my symptoms were coming from, so I started studying for myself, researching, etc and eventually healed myself. So long story short, I applied this same philosophy to the rest of my family, starting with my husband, and I put him on this supplement bromelain & quercetin, with a double dose of organic C from actual fruit every day (not synthetic ascorbic acid from big pharma,) and one Zyrtec a day. This was eight years ago. In the last eight years, my husband has not been to the ER once, or a doctor, at all. He has not had any symptoms, save twice, when the oven got smoky from a spill, and he had to open the windows for a minute. That’s IT. I’ve come to find over the years, that the medical industry is one for profit only, so beware and be think for yourself. Almost every commercial you see is paid for by big pharma. Allopathic doctors are trained and schooled by text books and studies that are written and approved of, by big pharma. Taking supplements rarely if ever, hurts anyones. If a vitamin or supplement makes you uncomfortable, stop taking it lol. But don’t listen to the propaganda that tells you supplements and diet don’t work, because that is a marketing LIE to keep you sick and dependent on an industry that lies and profits off of sickness!!

Very good supplement

I was not paid or incentivized to write this review in any way. Im just a regular person who had a LOT of stuff going on that I didnt know abut. To be honest, I bought this because I read that in conjunction with resveratrol, weight loss would happen - or at least, the prevention of weight gain would happen. My metabolism had been at an all time low, my digestion was terrible, I had acid reflux almost every day. I was kind of worried, but brushed it off as just a minor condition I could cure with slippery elm. My stomach kind of looked like I was a few months pregnant, my energy levels were low to say the least, and my mood was down. Now, I was taking other supplements for energy and mood and they were definitely working - but this supplement gave me a fast, dramatic result - one that Id never experienced or anticipated. I woke up the day after taking it, and for the first time in YEARS- I could suck my stomach in all the way (this is the week before my period, mind you). I cant say actual weight loss has happened - but there is NO bloating EVER, my digestion is great, I feel an energy boost and a general lovely sense of well being thanks to this. I think what I got was better than what I was looking for.

I was on a prescription seasonal allergy pill for ten years. As time went by, it appeared to be less effective. I am not prone to long reviews, but I was inspired by other reviewers when choosing the NOW brand and felt I needed to pay it forward! I could never have predicted how much this supplement has improved my quality of life.
