People wont stop asking me if Im on steroids. I have been looking for the ideal solution to getting me jacked without having to commit to any kind of disciplined diet or workout regiment. I add this in with protein and the gains have been outrageous. No taste, easy to measure out. Good consistency. Good price. (This legitimately does help with recovery time from intense workout regiments of 4-6 high intensity days per week)

The flavor is obviously not the best but you just chug it with water and the results come pretty quick

I was a little skeptical after looking at the reviews, but everything was good, package was sealed and the powder won’t dissolve in cold water but it’s because it’s monohydrate.

It mixes well compared to other creatine products that are on the market. Trust me, I have tried most of them in the past 15 years.. There is no weird taste. I do add it to my prework out drinks and my OJ in the morning with breakfast. I have gained more weight/muscle in the past 2 months while taking this product vs not taking creatine at all. I take 10 grams a day. 1 serving in the morning and 1 before I workout. I do believe it helps with recovery too. Great product and great price. Will be buying it again once this tub runs out.

I will buy again just wish it didnt take so long to dissolve. I wouldnt add in coffee- its gross! Anything on the cooler side works best ;)

Full disclosure: Im not a huge lifter. I lift, box, do bodyweight exercises, and run as part of my general training program. That said, in the few weeks Ive been using this consistently, Ive noticed less fatigue during and after workouts, slightly higher speeds on runs, as well as better muscle mass building. Zero flavor, dissolves well (not always 100% perfectly, but very close), and works. Good price too - planning to buy more when I run out. Do be advised that this may create some digestive issues for the first couple days. I took 10g the first day, 5g the day after, and usually do 3-4g on a regular day, but it led to a couple of irregular, rather painful BMs as my body adjusted.

I use this everyday. After loading ... 10g x2 everyday for 7 days , approximately. I continue to use this at 5g -7g a day. I do not use the scoop that came with the supplement, I prefer to use a 1tsp measuring spoon. This seems to work better for me. This Creatine Mono. works great for me. The powder mixes great. Easy to add to breakfast foods like oatmeal and even cereal. Also easy to add to an after workout protein shake. I recommend this item. It mixes well and has almost no flavor. I will purchase again soon.

Nothing wrong with the product, but i think they are trying to save money on the containers. You have to dig the scoop out when you first open it. Then, to put the scoop back in, you have to go handle first and bury it so the lid will go on. You end up with a little mess, but creatine isnt sticky or hard to clean up. Product seem fine though.
