I really can’t tell if I’m getting bigger since I look at myself everyday. But a few people have been telling me my muscles look more fuller. I do feel just a little stronger in the gym. I use my 5g daily. Doesnt mix completely, but I just add it to water. If I put it in a shake, Im sure it would dissolve just fine
