> 24 hourFull disclosure: Im not a huge lifter. I lift, box, do bodyweight exercises, and run as part of my general training program. That said, in the few weeks Ive been using this consistently, Ive noticed less fatigue during and after workouts, slightly higher speeds on runs, as well as better muscle mass building. Zero flavor, dissolves well (not always 100% perfectly, but very close), and works. Good price too - planning to buy more when I run out. Do be advised that this may create some digestive issues for the first couple days. I took 10g the first day, 5g the day after, and usually do 3-4g on a regular day, but it led to a couple of irregular, rather painful BMs as my body adjusted.

> 24 hourIll be totally honest. Im 48 years old, going on 100. 3 kids and a 50 hour work week. I was a hardcore athlete in HS, gym rat etc. Fast forward to life situations; marriage, work and kids. I made excuses for years until I had a revelation to get back into the gym. I have always taken supplements, especially Creatine, in conjunction with a whey protein powder post workout. This product is great! I do mix it with a 25g protein powder (same company). Slam it right after my workout. I couldnt be happier with my gains in the last 2 years I committed to getting back in shape. It does take a lot of discipline. I go 5-6 days a week, 1-2 hours a day. No product will do the work for you. You do the work to make the product effective! In conclusion, Nutricost makes great supplements and are very cost effective. I have both their Whey protein and Creatine. Good luck!

> 24 hourReally, the only thing I look for in creatine products is price and solubility. This product matches the lowest price points on the market however dissolves far better than all of its competition. I despise that grainy flavor of creative when mixing in water that I get with other similarly priced options but here that effect is greatly or completely diminished. I will be purchasing this product again.

> 24 hourThe product is good but they downsized the container it comes in. It makes more of a mess because you have the bury the handle of the scooper to close the container.

> 24 hourI use my 5g daily. Doesnt mix completely, but I just add it to water. If I put it in a shake, Im sure it would dissolve just fine

> 24 hourIt mixes well compared to other creatine products that are on the market. Trust me, I have tried most of them in the past 15 years.. There is no weird taste. I do add it to my prework out drinks and my OJ in the morning with breakfast. I have gained more weight/muscle in the past 2 months while taking this product vs not taking creatine at all. I take 10 grams a day. 1 serving in the morning and 1 before I workout. I do believe it helps with recovery too. Great product and great price. Will be buying it again once this tub runs out.
