If you need an inexpensive word processor to right letters its great. You cant open word documents in it. So if you need to read, modify or correct word documents open office is not for you.

More than I expected.

Much slower on my computer than Office 2003. It is less user friendly in many ways. Sometimes the program locks-up, especially during copy and paste operations, and is unrecoverable some of those times. If you are computer savvy, this may be an acceptable level of troubles, but, if you are not a computer person, I would NOT recommend this program.

Good replacement for Microsoft 365. Great price

So far, so good. It was easy to install. Each of the programs openly quicky. Lots of options. Recommend it so far so good.

Does the simple word processing I need. Would help to not have to make an extra step to choose .doc when saving a document.

This allows me to do the typing and work I need to do without having to spend hundreds of dollars on Microsoft Office. Plus I dont have to keep buying this program every years. I recommend this program especially if you dont want to spend hundreds yearly on other programs.

My computer crashed and I did not want to spend the money for Office so I tried this. Opens my Excel docs and I am able to work with it but not as smoothlt. perhaps experience will improve.

I have not used it extensively yet, but it appears it will meet our needs for basic functionality. One thing I have noted is that documents will not attach to my usual email account. Looks like I will have to set up a separate Outlook account for that purpose.
