I needed document and spreadsheet availability, My Microsoft software expired and I didn’t want to pay the money for it. Found this at a very good price. This was a little confusing when first starting install once done it works great, very easy to use. I’m happy with product for my home use.

This is not a bad app for its price, but it needs to be reviewed by the creators and update it to be more compatible with MS Word. The delete option for example is confusing; a pop-up should not be necessary.

I installed it but I must have done something wrong. It asks how you want it to be installed. Maybe I chose the wrong way because all I got when I opened a Word document were lines of what looked like programming. I’m not a computer nerd so I can’t blame the product. But I found that it’s not user friendly.

I only need the most simple product. I write letters, notes, lists and budgets. This is the second download of a program that I tried. I am very impressed with this Office Suite for my Windows 10. Simple. There is much more on this program to play with if I decide to expand my horizons - but right now this seems exactly perfect for what I need. Also, it was super easy to install - put it in and follow the directions. The price was great and much less expensive that the first program I bought. I would recommend this to anyone, like me, who does not have the technical knowledge needed to run most of the machines today.

I only need a basic word processing and spreadsheet app. I was not willing to pay a ridiculous YEARLY price for a Microsoft product. So I bought this. Its a great substitute, great price, and Im not being gouged by the big guys. Ive had absolutely NO problems converting my Word and Excel Microsoft files. Its very easy to use and is very similar to what I was familiar with. I am 100% happy with this purchase and recommend it highly to anyone who needs basic word processing and spreadsheets.

Opens all of my old Word documents. A lot cheaper than Microsoft products and stable. No issues

Does the simple word processing I need. Would help to not have to make an extra step to choose .doc when saving a document.

if I leave a file open the software locks up, on my old pc it locked it up after it locked up the software several times. Ive tried to download updates, but every time I try I get error checking for update failed error reading data from the internet. server error message:

I was involved deeply in preparing a legal document when OpenOffice crashed. It said it would recover a long ago version, not the one I just spent an hour on or more. THIS IS DEVASTATING. I have been working now for 16 hours straight. Do not buy this program until they have a SUCCESSFUL, dam good, SECURE RECOVERY PROCESS. It is not for IMPORTANT WORK. If it cant handle a lot of editing, it needs to be out of business. VERY VALUABLE HARD, COMPLEX, work is LOST. This has a DEVASTATING EFFECT. You work too hard to allow this to happen. Be SAFE. Dont purchase this - good effort, developers need to see more that is going on. LONG ASS NIGHT... LONNNNNNNNG ASS NIGHT.
