Where to start... my girlfriend suggested getting some smart plugs to go with my Echo, so I did. I should have done some research first. When they showed up I downloaded the app. If you like adds this app is for you. Wherever you go in the app they are trying to sell you something. This is frustrating in its self but tolerable. The plugs themselves will make you check out from reality and withdraw to a safe place in your mind. After trying to get these hooked up to the wifi and Alexa I started to believe it was a conspiracy to us all mad. The plugs couldnt find my household network. When i tried AP mode the app told me it need to be update to the current version. I tried this several times and all I got was a loading screen and very intoxicated. My girlfriend has the patience of a saint. Believe me Im not the easiest man to be with. She started to get frustrated with the app. So thats when I shut the whole thing down and put the plugs back in the box and started the return process. I cant have her leaving me because of some not so smart plugs.

The order came in one day, I delivered them to my friend and after downloading the app to his phone (less than 3 minutes), figuring out his 2.4 GHz wifi password (about 10 minutes, with some cursing on his part :) ), pairing and naming 2 plugs (maybe 5 minutes, most of that figuring out good names, no connection problems), adding the skill to his Alexa (maybe a minute), he was up and running. The next 2 should take about 2 minutes total. We did get 1 with some marks on it, but their customer service has already arranged for a replacement. All in all a good experience!

Nice and small and it works perfect

Installing them and adding them to the app was easy and integrating them to alexa was pretty easy. Had issues when we lost power and alexa said they lost connection and to check server. I had to delete them off the app and re install them it was a bit of a pain but eventually everything worked. Haven’t had any issues since

These are effective smart plugs for remote triggering or scheduling by smartphone. There is no power monitoring function. Instructions suggest using the GOSUND App. I did not want to add ANOTHER App to my phone, but did. It presents identically to my SmarLife (Volano Tech) App so I tried linking these to that App and it works fine. One less App to clutter my hi tec life right?

They are not compatible with faster WiFi.

Download the app, plug it in, program and forget. I needed one for my refrigerator. I installed it and it works like a charm. I turn off the refrigerator twice for one hour each in the middle of the night yo conserve energy. So far I have had no issues with food spoiling or plug not working.

They work great. This was my second order.
