This plug was unable to connect to my wifi. I was on the recommended 2.4g and it still gave my issues. I troubleshooted and still nothing happened. I sent this junk back

I didnt know when I ordered this product that it would be a smart plug. I guess I need to read the descriptions. I probably wont use that function since I have it at work and need to connect to the wireless internet. Its a nice color, the length satisfies, and it has plenty of places to plug in or plug the USB without the power box. It will work nicely for what I was needing. Thank you.

This outlet is easy to use. Plug it in. Download the app and set up an account (you must complete this step – could be a deal-breaker for some). Set it up and begin using it! Very simple and well made!

Doesnt work with 5G Internet

As other reviewers stated, im very disappointed with this Smart Plug, I got it mainly to run a routine to turn off my PC everyday at night, and that was the only reason I got a smart plug, If i wanted a regular plug I wouldve just got another one, so smart feature and Alexa are 100% why i ordered this useless SMART Plus. Doesnt stay connected to alexa, it connects and less than a day later it disconnects and I have to reprogram it every time, its just annoying and cheaply made product. I dont recommend it if you want the smart feature, for Alexa and routines.

Smart plug power strip is easy to use and works well with Alexa. The best part is that not only do you have three plug outlets, you also have three USB plugs so you don’t have to go around looking for blocks. You can have Alexa provide commands for each individual item and that is a great feature. I may be looking for more for each room as you can easily stash the strip behind a dresser or headboard. Great buy!

Besides being a very competent surge protector, the app allows me to control all 3 plugs remotely! This is really good when I am on vacation and I want to turn a lamp on or off remotely. It works with Alexa and Google home without a hub. It is very straightforward and it could not be easier to navigate. The build is very strong and solid. Having 3 USB ports is an absolute bonus. There is a small light over each plug to let you know that each one is receiving power. One of my favorite features is on the app that lets you set a timer as to how long something will stay on before turning off. The device is perfectly sized to fit in luggage or bring on camping trips. My only criticism is that it only works with 2.4 ghz and not 5 ghz. Other than that, I would highly recommend this great unit!

This smart plug power strip charges my phone and other devices at the same time.It is very convenient.There is an app that you can download to access the extra features.

This power strip is small, but it is fantastic for desktop use or small spaces. Its got 3 plug spots and 3 USB spots...all which are usable as they are spread a bit apart and its bottom heavy so it will stay put where you place it. The cord is a good length too, which is a plug. As far as the smart features, like with any of these, it requires setting it up but that part is easy and once its done, its done. I can confirm that it works seamlessly with Alexa. And, there is a nifty timer feature that is part of the strip itself...very handy. Overall, this is a solid buy at a great price. Would recommend!

I ordered this to have outlets on my desk, as I am tired of constantly crawling around to plug things in. I did not scan the QR code for its software, but instead tried it with Tuya Smart which is a fairly universal software for these devices. It instantly popped up and recognized the device as five switches, which at first had me puzzled as I sort of expected it to have six. What it does is there is one on/off that turns everything either on or off. Then there is one each for each of the 110V outlets. The fifth switch controls all the usb outlets so that they are either all on or all off. That is no big deal for me, but might be an issue for anyone that was hoping to be able to control the usb connectors separately. The only negative I found, and why I only gave it four versus five stars was that the power cord is a little bit short. This would have worked better for me if it had a more generous six foot cord. Four feet is just a little short for where I wanted to place the unit.
