4 stars because the app does not work. I couldn’t get the thing to connect to wifi for the life of me. But once I discovered I can just let this little guy run aimlessly without the app, I don’t even care! I have a golden retriever and a dirt backyard. I clean our floors all the time but saw this thing on major sale & figured why not. I’m amazed! In one run it got all this. (See photo) It navigates through tight spots and makes it ways under all furniture. If you’re a dog owner, this thing is 100% worth it. No more giant dust bunnies floating around.

This worked great until it drove itself off the top of a staircase. I contacted the vendor, and they are standing by their product and sending me a new one, which is great. Would have been 5 stars, but only gets 4 since Ill have to block the stairs when using it moving forward.

I don’t typically review products but feel compelled to share my experience with this product. I have wood floors all through my house and with pets theres always hair and things I have to sweep daily so I was looking for something to help with the mess. I didn’t want one of those expensive ones until I knew how it would work, so I ordered this one. I unboxed it and clicked the power button on the remote and off it went. I dont use the app and it took about a week to learn my house and find its way back to its station on its own. Its not able to climb up onto our big area rug in the living area, but thats fine Im not too lazy to manually vacuum it. This product is definitely worth it and works well. Its not a big vacuum so I dont expect it to perform like one.

I bought the vacuum because of the price and the reviews a little under a year ago. It did pretty well especially given the price and overall I was very impressed. It was my first actual robot vacuum and it seemed to do the trick just fine for what I used it to do. Anyway, I went away for about six months to school out of town and came back to use it. The vacuum power button flashed red and beeped at me, which indicated a charging/battery problem. Since then I’ve contacted customer service through the phone, and they recommended I email them. I did so, and it took them almost a month to get back to me which is fine because I took a bit to respond. They asked me for the serial number and things of that nature which is also okay. The problem arose when they asked for my order number, which I can’t seem to find since I bought this thing back in early 2021. I notified them of this and they said it was required. So what I did was I bought another one of these vacuums and provided this new order number. They sent me an email yesterday asking me to open up the vacuum and check the motherboard. For the normal consumer this would probably be daunting and I’m confused as to why they’d ask this of me. However I did as they asked because I do like to get hands on with these type of things. There seems to be nothing wrong with the motherboard, however I noticed a serious design flaw. On this style of vacuum, it has been copied by numerous brands. Most of them actually have an easy to open compartment where you can pop out the old battery and replace it. The OKP however, does NOT. The only way you can access the battery is by taking the whole top off, disconnecting all the wiring connected to the motherboard, and pulling off the motherboard itself. That’s a huge hassle that could’ve been EASILY avoided by just putting in a battery compartment that the consumer can access. Overall I liked the vacuum and for the price it was great, until it wasn’t. I think I’ll try getting one elsewhere by a more well known brand next time.

This picks up a decent amount of my dogs hair. The biggest issue i have is I could not get it to connect to my internet or the app, no matter what I tried or help I got. So I have to manually turn it on when I want to fun it. It doesnt clean carpets well, but it does a good job extending the life of my deeper cleans of my hardwood floors.

Was worried because of the cheap price but this vac has been great for pet hair. I would walk around my house in my socks and in minutes look like had puppies for feet :) Not anymore! My socks stay clean and i dont have to vacuum everyday anymore. Well worth it.

It is smaller than the other Robots I have but is working efficiently. Dog hair did not clog the mechanisms. May order a second one.

Ive had this vacuum for 16 months now, so its time for a review. TL;DR- it worked perfectly for the first year and it still works now I bought this in May 2021 when it was on sale for $100, but I had a gift card so I only spent $50 cash which was the perfect price point for something I wasnt sure I would use Im writing this now because in the last month (~15 months after purchase) my robot vacuum has started dying in random spots around the house. It used to die only if it got stuck somewhere tight and couldnt get out, but now I find it dead in the middle of the room. About 1 in 3 times it no longer makes it back to the base after cleaning It is still fantastic at cleaning up pet hair and getting into corners I would forget to sweep. If I run it every other day it still gets everything. But if I run it once a week or less I need to run it twice to get all the pet fur and litter up. I only use it downstairs, which is about 800sq ft and about the maximum space it can clean on a single charge It is useless on carpets that have been walked on. It will only suction things off the top and doesnt fluff up the carpet to get pet fur off. However, this seems to be because it doesnt have a rollerbrush like a regular vacuum so Ive also never had an issue with hair getting tangled and causing it to stop working, so Im happy to use it only on tile. Hair still gets tangled in the sidebrushes, but it doesnt impair function and thats easy to clean out All in all, it worked perfectly for the first year. It still cleans my house and I dont mind that it no longer reliably returns to base because putting the vacuum away is still WAY better than vacuuming myself

Update : the seller has been in contact and made this right, and refunded. Wish it still worked because it did a good job when it did work. So I got this almost year ago, loved it at the start, even got a 2nd one! And now they dont work. Wont charge anymore.. The first one died about 5mo in, and the last one last month.

This little guy does a great job. He’s very quiet and actually found his home base. Replaced another expensive robo-vac that kept having issues.
