> 3 dayThis thing is amazing! Ive got 4 kids, 3 cats, and a beagle. Cleaning our wood floors is one of my least favorite things. This little miracle is cleaning my kitchen after the dinner rush as I sit on my butt ant type this..... Now that Im done with the basic, yay robot vacuum, lets talk about this particular vacuum. This one fits under our couch. Anywhere it doesnt fit, it will go around and get as close as possible to sweep the area (from all sides!!) Then continue on its path. It somehow finds its way back to the station to charge on its own. It does a REALLY good job with hair and dirt. It would probably terrorize my sons Lego collection so hes rushing to clean his room out of fear while Gerald (our vacuum) slowly makes his way towards the door because hes already done cleaning my kitchen. Now Im still sitting on my butt and everyone is frantic because our cold unloving robot vacuum is coming for their precious toys. My husband picked up his shoes out of fear for his laces. This is probably the most peaceful night Ive had in months. Raising my cup of decaf up to cheers over the wonderful new year Im about to have with Gerald (the vacuum).

> 3 dayGets tangled in cords and stuck under furniture constantly. Bristle brushes fall off and get bent from cords. Small hole for vacuum suction where bristle brushes push debris towards to be sucked up, so often misses areas. Have to use remote or app (poor app) to control since there is only a power button on unit. If it gets bumped at all on charger will loose connection and not charge. Had a Roomba before and this is terrible compared to our old Roomba.

> 3 dayFor the price compared to the name brand, it does a pretty darn good job. I only used it bedroom at first which is about 15x15. There are plenty of obstacles and stuff under the bed that Im not sure of anymore but its down there. So I unboxed the robot and it seemed to be pretty solid. I set up the app and then the sweeper. It was pretty simple process. I let it charge up for a few hours. At 80% I couldnt stand it anymore and I opened the app and fired it up. Away it went. It ran back and forth. Bumping and turning. Zigging and zapping. It disappeared under the bed. It was under there about 5 minutes and finally it resurfaced. It ran around for about 20 minutes and I was curious what the dust cup looked like. OMG let me tell you. 20 minutes and this thing picked up dirt I didnt know I had. The cup was completely packed! I emptied it and it was amazing to see what it had picked up. I docked it and let it finish charging. I setup my schedule to run everyday after I leave for work. It runs for about an hour until it needs charged. Some other reviewers have mentioned that it doesnt pick up very well. They are made for bare floor and low pile carpet. And I will say its a must to use the app. The default setting is medium suction. Crank that baby up. It should leave the factory on high. So overall Ill impressed. I have 2 cats where this thing sweeps. Im thinking about ordering another for the lower level where we have 2 dogs. Its worth it!

Greater than one weekUPDATE: this thing quit working after 4 months. Contacted customer service via email (that’s the only way). It took them a week then two weeks to get back to me and then nothing They wanted pictures and video of what the vacuum lights were doing. Sent them. I don’t recommend buying any of their products because their customer service is terrible. I just bought a new one with a one year warranty from Walmart because I’ve been without a robo vac for six weeks and hate sweeping by hand. $250 on sale for $90. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Love how it gets the dog hair off our kitchen floor but we can’t sync it up to the app on either my iPhone or my husband’s android. We have 5G internet. We were told we’d have to switch it to 2.4 Gigahertz to get the vacuum to work with the app. Ummmm-what? We just push the power button and let it do its thing without using the app. It’s cheap because it runs on old technology but it does get up the dog hair and that collects daily. We don’t use on our carpet because we have a Great Pyrenees and her hair will fill it up almost instantly from where she lays. We’ll keep it but could be more functional with the basic current technology.

> 3 dayI bought this off of a whim because it was a todays deal. Didnt know the brand. I Love it. I posted the picture of the first time I tried it out. I have 3 cats and two dogs with hardwood floors and I was always sweeping. It did a great job. Even went under the table with all the chairs and came out. Went on the pats by the sink. It works great so far but only had it for two days. Great price.

> 3 dayMy first robot vacuum that I bought because it came recommended on a deals blog. It picks up dust every single day. I have it programmed to run 5 days a week when I go to work. Im pretty impressed with the amount of dust it picks up each day! The machine is sturdy, and even came out unscathed after a half-story fall. But it is dumb. Really dumb. It uses mostly random patterns with some logic on what direction to focus on, and does a decent job of trying to get unstuck. It will even shut off the vacuum suction if it becomes stuck or theres a clog. I believe it uses IR to find its way back to base, but it uses the random logic to find that signal once the useful battery life for suction has ended. The app also only notifies me rarely when it gets stuck. And the setup isnt intuitive either as it relies upon a mashup of 3rd party unknown home automation apps. It gets stuck under my bed frame a lot, where it has decorative drops in the wood. It also gets tangled a lot on any type of loose clothing or cords and has even ripped up some long strands in my older looped carpet. The works with Google is a complete flop and I disabled it. It has been turning on at random times more and more lately, which is very annoying. I think the run IR signal is similar to something in my house, maybe the thermostat. I noticed that sometimes when I mark me home on my Nest app or adjust the thermostat, it will start to run right away. I would defer to purchasing a smarter-sensing robot vacuum. One that can plot a room better so that it doesnt take 15 minutes to find home, avoids clothing and maybe cords better, and doesnt get stuck in obvious trouble spots.

> 3 dayI have owned older models of roomba and neato as well as a cheap monoprice vacuum. This doesnt have a beater bar, so will do almost nothing on carpet. It has decent suction. It sweeps up our cat/dog hair daily and does a good job of it. It has an app, with a setting that lets you map your house, but then does nothing with the map so is totally pointless. Like all the robot vacuums, it will get stock on cords or long rug tassels. It does get stuck occasionally, but is pretty persistent and often frees itself. For the price, it is great at keeping the house free of pet hair if you dont have carpet. The lack of beater bar makes it take much less maintenance. I have found that dust builds up between the mesh and the HEPA filter, so opening that compartment one every couple weeks improves suction.

> 3 dayI bought this after being influenced! We have a dog and I wanted something to be able to help with maintenance during the big vacuum cleanings. I have only had it for a week so it is hard to really comment, but so far, it works well! I have never had a robot vacuum before so I am not able to tell if some of the things are normal or specific to this model. An example is that when sending it home, it takes a few minutes and you look at it as if it will actually make it. It seems to go in the complete opposite direction, but eventually finds its way. It did seem to pick up the dog hair well and I like that I can control it via an app! I just hope that since we do have a dog and it is a cheaper version (which is not always bad), it will last to make it worth it. One thing that I am worried about is that the replacement pieces are out of stock on Amazon which might make it useless once the extra they provide wears out.

> 3 dayPerformance for the price. Picture tells the story. Leaves clean trail, lifts carpet lint, crumbs and hair. Cleans under furniture and App is East to use.
