This product will not work, on windows xp works o on windows 10

This is the one software I buy on amazon. I never do auto renew! I wait a few days after expiration and get a new card on Amazon. McAfee charges way too much for auto renew. They can be annoying (pop ups) getting close to expire date. So only 4 stars for that reason.

I had a little problem installing it on one of my laptops but the tech team worked on it with me.

I missed submitting the McAfee 3 device purchase to Amazon by 2 weeks due to having difficulty installing the program on my desktop. I called for McAfee assistance and finally completed the installation. it was given to my son for a second device. He was not able to install it after numerous technical calls to McAfee. Because I purchased it through Amazon, McAfee said I had to contact them. I am disappointed with McAfee after using it previous years with no problems. And I have no recourse to replace the 2022 McAfee or have the charge refunded. Doesnt any company have support, customer service for customers??!!

Ive used McAfee products since 2012 on a new 2012-Dell desktop. Havent had any problems yet (2022). My Dell came with Windows 7 in 2012 from Dells website; it got the free Windows 10 upgrade in 2016, it doesnt qualify for Windows 11.

When I bought this from Amazon a year ago and tried to install it I was directed to an 800# for Installation. I was then aggressively Up Sold a Lifetime of McAfee with Tech Support. Three times over the next they called me to tell me there was an issue with my computer (How Did They Know?) and that I could buy additional protection! I declined. Today, 1 Year later I call to Renew McAfee, they spend 10 minutes checking out my computer and then announce that I have a Firewall Problem and they cant renew my McAfee, However, We Can Fix Your Issue for a fee that will give you Life-Time Support.... DONT BUY McAFee! Its a SCAM! I have uninstalled and will never use or recommend McAfee to anyone. They prey on people who arent tech savvy. So I will just walk away from money spent!
