Packed my lovely lightweight, maneuverable luggage the night before just fine, traveled 6 hours in a car to the airport just fine, repacked my bag to get my medicine out to take as carryon. Zipper comes off track, start of Zipper is sewed behind the liner, i cut the liner. Zipper is hot glue gun on, no way to retrack zipper without cleaning out glue between each tooth for about 3 inches of zipper. Not possible while trying to catch a flight, had to pay for the wrap. Managed to retract zipper for return, failed again. I would not buy again. poor craftsmanship.

This case is very nice. The wheels turn smoothly and its not too heavy. I can fit a weeks worth of clothes and toiletries into this case. Ive used it for two trips now and expect it will last for a very long time

I got this on sale and it was a great product. It’s very solid and very light I love how are you can connect your phone to the luggage. I needed by the external battery.

I understand that at this price point I was not buying the top of the line but I expected to be able to get more than one use. I was not over packed, the connections were not overly strained, they simply were not well constructed and normal tension pulled the glued piece loose. While it is still usable, it wasnt free and I should not be expected to make do the second time I use this carry-on.
