I’m not sure if the lotion should be like the body butter, but I had to pull the pump out and try to stir the lotion it was so thick, wouldn’t even be sucked up by the pump. What I did get out from the pump straw worked really great, skin haven’t been this smooth in months! So only objection is the bottle it came in or the viscosity

Most lotions irritate my skin and cause rashes. This lotion is Soothing, doesnt irritate my skin, smells wonderful and soaks in quickly. I have Psoriasis and I get contact dermatitis from anything such as a soap or lotion that has chemicals in them. I have to carry my own hand soap. This is so soothing. My hands dry out and can get to cracking and bleeding. This Helps greatly.

The last few bottles Ive received do not smell like the yummy chocolatey smell Im used to with Palmers cocoa butter. Even my cats repel from my hand after I put it on and try to pet them. Normally they love the smell and want to lick my hand because it smells so good lol. Not sure if the ingredients have changed or if the lotion is old. I guess Ill have to buy elsewhere or get the greasy one in the tub instead. I know that one smells nice.

I love this lotion. It helps with my Psoriasis, Excema and Dermatitis. BUT, the pumps to pump the lotion out suck. They break and if you take the tops off you cant get all the lotion out of the bottles. You need to fix the packaging. If thats fixed I will change my rating to 5 stars.

This is very moisturizing. Lasts all day. And, you smell like chocolate!

It smells wonderful, after it’s dried it’s completely non greasy and there is no residue, my elbows and hands are soft and feel so much better/ I wash my hands like 40x a day I think because of the pandemic and they were cracked and bleeding all of the time, but this simple lotion I never thought to try before all of the super expensive ones- is non greasy- works better than anything I’ve ever tried, and smells wonderful! Actually the smell reminds me of when I was a child in the 80s and 90s- it smells like those scented MY Little pony toys- or scented strawberry shortcake toys or any scented toy or doll from then lol so if you grew up in the 80s and 90s - the scent alone will bring back good memories- I’m in love now and regret spending so much money on more expensive brands, this stuff is moisturizing- immediately- non-greasy- smells great and starts up good memories lol- I am definitely in love and using this from now on- my hands were dry cracked and literally bleeding and I have super sensitive skin- this is wonderful, I highly recommend!

A rich lotion with the fragrances of cocoa. I had shoulder and upper arm surgery. I have scars that are healing nicely aided by the Cocoa Butter. I use it daily.

Stinks. Be sure to get fragrance free.

I love this product for moisturizing and softness.

I have hand eczema and this works way better than all the hundreds of dollars I have spent on other options and creams geared towards hand eczema. I love the smell and find it intoxicating. My husband not so much lol I love the smell of chocolate and I run around smelling myself all the time haha
