Got both lotion bottles. One was missing the pump straw making the pump inoperable. Do not want to go through the hassle of returning. Need to review quality control prior to shipping.

I’m in love with this stuff. The lotion is thick like a body butter and can be hard to get out, but it melts within a few seconds and becomes easier to apply. Storing the bottle upside down helps. This lotion has a strong cocoa butter scent that the thinner pump lotion or jar do not have. This is the cocoa butter lotion that I remember from years ago, emphasis on the butter. I bought it for extremely dry and cracked heels. This stuff fixed that in just a few days.

I know it has cocoa butter in it, but I’ve never had cocoa butter lotion that smelled this strongly of chocolate before. It’s a decent lotion, but I never want to use it because of the scent.

Just as other reviewers mention, this smells like chocolate, which I love. It also moisturizes well and leaves my skin feeling nice. I might only purchase this during the winter time (we’ll see) as it’s kind of a heavy scent for the summer time, in my opinion. It’s fun to use though and I’m looking forward to buying again.

I have been using this lotion for over 3 years and it truly is the best. The scent makes me think of hot chocolate, but not over powering at all. I also have sensitive skin and this has never given me an issue — if anything, it is a calming lotion when my skin flares up with itchiness or irritation.
