Purchased for my wife. hands were giving her pain and the therapist recommended the paraffin soak. The results are spectacular!!. She uses it every day and it has provided extra mobility and significantly less pain. GREAT product.

Package came as indicated. I am using the machine 2-3 wkly as its part of hand convalescence after surgery two months ago. The ability to regulate temperature is key. Although the machine defaults to 127° there should be greater info in the instructions about possible need for lower temperatures depending on hand sensitivity. I had to set to 118° after wax melted. The functionality of machine is great and the aromatic lavender wax is wonderful. Using in conjunction with a hand moisturizer, as instructed, leaves you with soft scented hands. This was a great birthday gift.

I love that I can control the temperature setting, and the customer service has been great. We are thinking of purchasing another one for my dad to try for his arthritis. We are currently using ours for my husband’s psoriasis, and it seems to be helping!

My feet feel amazing. Yes my hands do too after dipping into this luscious, warm, lightly scented lavender paraffin, but the pains in my feet automatically feel relieved. I live in a very dry climate, so the paraffin softens and moisturizes, and I feel like I dont need pedicures as often. I received this as a gift (under my saved list) and Im sure glad I received it .
