The product came exactly as described. The wax included smells great! I was a little concerned that it would be overpowering as I am sensitive to smells but it was very pleasant. My daughter and I have enjoyed dipping our hands and look forward to trying our feet. I would definitely recommend this product.

Had wrist surgery, and wanted to do therapy at home. This was the same as the expensive treatments at the clinic, and has worked exactly as expected. I bought some bread bags on line that are easier than slipping on the hand shaped ones. I highly recommend this product. Thanks!

The information provides as far as temperature is vague. The key to this product is the parafine melting point. I was able to use it after purchasing new parafíneme with a lower melting point. The correct temperature for this is 126F

First & foremost the customer service is outstanding! I bought the paraffin wax machine in November with no major expectations. The reviews seemed well received, so I gave it a shot. It is super easy to use & the rose scented wax is heavenly and so relaxing. I only expected to use maybe once or twice a month. Ive had it for a little over a month & lost count of how many times it has been put to use. I love that 4lbs of wax are provided but I do wish I had initially purchased more. Ive also purchased one for my sister for her birthday & she loves hers as well. This is probably my favorite self care purchase Ive made all year.

We had 3 generations of ladies (grandma, mom and daughters) paraffin their hands, feet and elbows one girls night! We all loved it! Our skin was so soft! The machine itself was easy to use and the lavender scented wax was the best! We can’t wait to get together and use it again! I would definitely recommend!

We ordered two of these units, one for us and one for our son. My husband has arthritis and is on chemo therapy...both causing hand pain. The wax is very soothing for him.
