> 3 dayI had to install a freewheel and thought it would be a good idea to use this anti-seize compound lube in order to keep things from getting nasty when it would eventually need to be removed for service or whatever. I use it on pedals and anything else that Ive had a problem with in the past.

> 3 dayBought a Thudbuster LT seat post and needed to clean and lube the shaft. Since I have a titanium frame, I did some research on different lubricants. Ultimately, I erred on the side of caution and opted for this particular lube specifically because it is anti-seize. Its easy to use and the new seat post slid in easily as well. It is a bit on the expensive side in terms of lubricants but the peace of mind is worth it when you invest a lot in your bike parts and want them to last. The size is also great for storing in a bike pouch along with some other small bike tools. I only applied this a month ago so I cannot speak for long-term efficacy. Thus, the four star rating for now. If it still holds up after some time, I will up the rating to 5.

> 3 dayanti cease compound do not use as grease, not for moving parts, stationary threads only. Park tool makes a good grease if that is what you need on moving parts.

> 3 dayUsed for pretty much any metal on metal on my bike rebuild. When I have to change or remove anything the screws come out like butter I highly recommend this product for any bolt you are concerned you may need to remove later on.
