Decided to order this after reading the reviews. I bought it to use on my dogs. My GS had a red hit spot on her tummy and after 2 days it was gone.

Best product ever for skin irritations.

If your babys butt is red, irritate and/or bleeding... this stuff will stop all of that and help the healing process. This is the only cream I have used that doesnt smear off open wounds.

Id been battling a diaper rash for the about two weeks. It was getting to the point where it started to become raw and sensitive to the touch. I bought nearly every diaper cream and nothing seemed to begin to heal the rash. I began putting Penaten cream and within in three days I saw major improvement. Redness is completely gone and Im sure with continued use, the rest will heal completely.
