Penaten Baby Cream Crème Large, 5.1-Ounce

Been using Penaten for 56 years, babies butts to scrapes and cuts. After breaking my leg and requiring 18 screws to put it back together, my 70 year old orthopedic surgeon commented that he had never seen a post operative incision so well healed and told me to keep applying whatever i had been using. All my children have grown up using Penaten, and now the tradition is being passed on to my grandchildren. Thanks to my mother who used Penaten in Germany , four generations have now had the benefit of using this wonderful product. A little bit will do the job, this cream will stay where you put it and has a very mild scent. Use it once and you will be a lifelong convert. The 5 oz size will last a long time.

This product sucks! If you like having a white tint on your skin all day then this is for you. I thought it would help with skin issues but it didnt.

I bought this for my Cairn terriers scabby lip problem. It really works. After a couple applications my dogs mouth is clear. The cream is heavy, thick and pasty but not too greasy. My dog did not seem to lick it off. I guess it is sticky enough to resist an obsessive terrier. The cream is white and looks like zinc oxide. The delivery took a couple of weeks, but it seems worth the wait, and this is a large quantity of cream. I doubt I will need to reorder - ever. I definitely recommend.

My mom used Penaten on me when I was a baby - Im 64 now! Penaten is still the best. Ive used this creme on my kids and grandkids. My daughter in law just asked me to please get her another tin as my grandsons bottom is very raw and all the other ointments dont work as well. Penaten acts like a barrier between the skin and the diaper. I also recommended it for people with incontinence and all others who experience rashes in these vulnerable areas. Please be aware that the creme may stain underwear if applied without a secondary barrier.

Best baby butt cream ever created! It lasts forever!

This is a fabulous product, not just for diaper rash, but also for when kids get those nasty lips from licking them in the winter. Slather it on and its gone overnight.

My grandma had her sister in Germany send this to us for my daughters sensitive diaper area, and it is amazing! It takes care of her diaper rashes literally overnight. Im happy to see it is for sale on Amazon so that we dont have to get it from Germany now! Im sure its cheaper this way. :)

I first used this stuff on my oldest son when my husband and I were stationed in Germany. It cleared up my sons HORRIBLE diaper rash within 2 days...and he had skin lesions it was so bad. When we came back stateside and had son number 2, the first thing I did was try to find that creme here in the U.S.. At the time no one carried it, not even Amazon, so I ordered it direct from a German version of Walgreens. Still the best stuff EVER. I had tried the other brands of bebe creme, but, none of them ever stacked up to the Penaten brand. They also make really great lotions, soaps, and wet wipes. I actually had a friend stationed in Germany buy for me and send a HUGE crate of the wet wipes lol. They are MUCH softer than even the best ones here and my boys never developed irritations with their brand.

I had read on some dog forums that this cream worked great for rashes, etc on dogs. So I tried it on our boxer dog who always has rashes and some kind of issue and it worked great. It cleared it up in a few days. The challenge was keeping him from licking it off, but you have that with most things. I know this would work great with diaper rash and keeping baby bottoms dry and irritation free.

My mother-in-law used this stuff when my husband was a baby, so when my daughter was born, we got some just to please her! It works like no other! It is great on any type of skin irritation, diaper rash included. A little of this stuff goes a long way!
