Kid didnt start using this bike until learning how to confidently walk. I was worried that the bike wasnt going to be used when there was not interest in that learning to walk phase. I eat my words because this thing is zooming around my house every day. Best purchase we could have made. Doesnt mark up our floors and hasnt made dents in the walls. Wheels go in all directions so able to move it all around. Easy to assemble when following a video example. Cant wait until the bike actually starts being ridden instead of pushed around like it is now. For reference our 1yo is in the top 5 percentile for height and cannot place feet flat on the floor when sitting on the bike. Will come soon and then we will be in big (but fun) trouble.

I gave it 4 our of 5 stars because the front left wheel sometimes gets stuck and my son has to overcorrect it to make it go straight, but all in all in he loves it. It is light, easy to carry from place to place which makes bringing it outside or to the park a great idea. it also travels well to grandma and grandpas house. We took a cross country roadtrip and i was so happy we brought this along bc he just entertained himself so well with it, when we would stop for breaks at parks or rest areas. he would loves to just push it around grass concrete, didnt mater. He does it push it more than ride it, its a very versatile toy to have.

This thing is so cool. I bought one for my 2 yo daughter and she just glides around on the hardwood floor to her hearts content! That being said, she tends to sit very far forward when peddling with her feet, which means that even a small bump (transition to carpet, shoe, etc) can cause her to flip over the front and land directly onto her face. Multiple close calls make me conclude that this thing is not safe for outside unless on a very smooth, seamless surface. Im willing to bet a sidewalk crack could cause this thing to flip!

The child we got this for at a little over a year old instinctively climbed right on top of this thing as soon as he got it, as well as using it as a walker. Agree with other reviewers that the plastic piece that covers some of the screws likes to pop out of place so you may want to use some tools to help secure it.

1st bd gift for grandson. He loves it. Was able to immediately operate as soon as he got on it. Feet touched easily so he could push around on it. Sturdy materials, only negative it did tip over when going from one surface to another (hardwood floor onto area rug). Keep An eye on this.

This thing is awesome! I got it a couple of months ago at the point where my daughter can walk while holding my hand, but she wasnt confident enough to even try walking on her own (so she always got back down on her knees to crawl somewhere, and then stand up again once she got to where she wanted to go even though its no more than a couple feet in distance). We have one of those push walkers, but the wheels always slid too fast away from her and so she could never push one of those on her own. It took her 5 minutes to be comfortable on the Ybike the very first time I put her on it, and then after that she was literally rolling all over the house on her own! The design is amazing. The body is slender in the middle, so that when my daughter is straddled and walking, it doesnt require her to open her natural stance too much. The tail of the body widens so that she doesnt slip out the back end. The height is perfectly low enough to encourage her to stand and walk instead of sit and paddle, but she can sit on it when shes tired. The wheels are 360 spinner style and rollerblade quality, which makes the Ybike very easily maneuverable in every direction (and doesnt require me to drop whatever Im doing to go and get her unstuck or turned around). Its small and compact compared to the traditional walkers on the market (we live in the city and dont have much space), and totally works even in small spaces. My only very minor complaint is that the color of the product featured in this picture is all wrong. The description says pink, but the picture looks like its got more of a purplish hue. Its totally pink...think bubble gum pink.

Great first birthday gift. My little is using it to walk and will sit on and scoot around a bit, but she will be able to grow into this! Wheels are soft rubber and very quiet on our hardwood floors.

Easy to put together. Can be used riding or walking. Well made. Bought two for each grandchild and both liked it and used it. One climbs on and the other walks with it.

Love this Ybike. Got one for our son when he was little and one recently for our nephew. Easy to assemble. Great for 9 mos to about 3 years old
