Greater than one weekLove these, I bought three for my ceiling fan that has candelabra lights. I can dim, change from a yellow light to a white low or bright for say reading. They are totally worth the cost.

> 3 dayNice whites, uniform diffusion, steady connection, and simple setup (Echo Plus with Zigbee hub). Nice and simple, as it should be. As mentioned elsewhere, these are slightly longer than most candle bulbs. Check your specs, kids!

> 3 dayIm all about buying these, but I bought 3 this time of these Hue White Ambiance Decorative lights with the small base. I opened them today as I just put my new ceiling fan up. Of the 3, 2 were frosted glass and one was not, which I thought was weird. So I put them in my new fan, and ran the Hue app to add them to my network. Well, lo and behold, the 3rd light is not a smart light, its just a regular LED light! So please check your lights carefully!

18-04-2025The bulbs are great except one of them no longer works. At this price I would expect better from this company. The four E12 bulbs have been connected to the same fixture since I received them and one does not connect and is not recognized by the hub any more. After finally getting through to Phillips (email went unanswered for weeks, finally got a response and tried their fix that didnt work and I am still waiting for their response after several months- well, Im really not waiting any more because clearly their customer service is lacking) I spoke with someone on the phone. As he went through his questions I could tell that the script was going to eventually lead to them not taking responsibility for their product, and that it did. So, one of the four bulbs doesnt work and theyve told me its not their product that is the problem but what I did that caused the problem (the bulbs are on a fixture that is connected to a wall switch that is on/off with a dimmer that is never used because I have Google home). I think that no matter what answers I gave to customer service they would have continued asking until they found a reason not to provide warranty support. I am asked for my opinion on tech by friends and family and I will be steering them clear of Phillips for their smart home needs and after how difficult it was to get any response from their customer service about a replacement for an expensive bulb theday should not have stopped working. I note there are other negative CS reviews about Phillips. Too bad because they had a lot of potential but I see other companies taking over the market if this continues.

> 3 dayFunctionally this bulb is what you would expect from Hue; Bright, easy to control and fast changing. Physically I hate this bulb. Its way bigger than a normal bulb so it sticks out a ton. I also wish they made this E12 build in a globe shape as well. Ill live with it for now but I will probably end up getting a new wall sconce.
