First of all I’d like to say that I’ve been suffering and battling plantar fascitis and Achilles tendinitis in both feet for over a year! I’ma PE teacher , coaches and avid Pickleballer trying to go pro! I have tried stretches, strengthening exercises and watches every YouTube video on how to fix the problem. I started focusing on the muscles in the lower leg. Strengthening the soleus and gastrocnemius was a good start and I started to see some improvement. However, after a full day of work, I typically walk about 8-9 miles and after 4-5 hours of continuous Pickleball, the first step after sitting for a little bit was PAINFULL! Anyway, I started using these socks and their was a learning curve. I tried sleeping with them and found my foot would start throbbing. After experimenting with them for about a week or so, I don’ found it better to only wear them while walking or exercising and then for about an hour or 2 after. After about 2 weeks of consistent use, I can definitely say it has improved my condition at least 50-60%.!! I believe it’s something that I will continue to deal with and can only try and minimize the damage! I HIGHLY recommend these socks to anyone suffering from foot pain!!! Just stay with it until you figure out the right recipe for your own condition. Everyone’s experience is difference.

I suffer with horrible pain in my feet. And I am a flagger. I have plantar facitis, arch pain, spurs, and poor circulation. I usually walk with a limp, I wear orthotics that are made for my feet, I can never walk in bare feet, i always wear shoes and sandals. I decided to sleep with then on. And I got up with no pain, no limp, I was honestly shocked. My feet havent felt this good in a long time. Cant wait to use them on a work day!!!

Quality is superior. I wear these under cushion athletic calf socks for 12hr shift-mostly standing/walking. Definitely has made a huge difference. I defintely recommend these.

I was having pain from Plantar Fasciitis to the point that it was very difficult to walk. I wore these for 3 days (both day and night) and the pain was almost entirely gone. I am extremely surprised that these worked as well as they did and so quickly. I would highly recommend these.

Im a teacher and Im dealing with planter fasciitis. My feet were suffering bad! I was having swollen ankles and feet from all the pain. These make a huge difference! Days that I wear them, everything feels so much better when I arrive home. Theyre right, of course, so be sure to carefully check your size before you buy.

The socks gave my ankle the support it needed to be able to walk without so much pain. I wear them every day.

My mother has heel problems maybe borderline plantar fasciitis so these socks are.great esp for the summer when you want to wear sandals or what have you. Its breathable and light and so far it hasnt lost its fit, it does go back to its original size.
