Plantar Fasciitis Sock (6 Pairs) for Men and Women, Compression Foot Sleeves with Arch and Ankle Support (Black, Large)

I have suffered for the past 9 months with Plantar Fascitis in my left foot. Tried everything I could discover to help it and nothing worked. Got these and within 3 days had immense relief and after 4 weeks of using them it is gone. I found that it was best to only use a sock on the foot that had the problems. Tried it on both feet to balance the pressure but it didnt seem to be necessary and I didnt want to create problems on the good foot. They fit with any shoe or sandal. Got the package with multi-colors so I could wear with more of my shoes. So happy to have found these.

I bought the, a size bigger because my one footsteps and feels like they are being strangled after a day. Fits better than my other pairs.

I have plantar fascitis and found these as an option to proved additional support and pain relief. OMG was I pleased. I loved these so much I bought them for my son who blew out both of his arches. We have hardwood floors so we wear these for extra support on those hard surfaces. My son wears these with his Reefs and loves the support. If you are considering them do it. Wash and air dry-drying will break down the elastic fibers and decrease longevity.

I cant say they cured my plantar fasciitis but when I wear them I have no pain when standing for 14 hours a day

I wear them at night andf if my feet are swollen the are not I also dont have tight time tingles and pain in my feet.

These have offered such great support to help me with the planters fasciitis. Im able to wear dress shoes to work, while wearing these, over my dress socks. At the end of my work day, I take these off and have no issues with debilitating pain in my heels. Between these and my oofoos, my podiatrist has been missing me.

Initially I ordered a small which is what was recommended for my shoe size. It was way too tight and turned my feet white from decreased circulation and caused pain halfway through the night. I ordered a large and it has worked much better, tight but not constrictingly tight. I use compression socks often, so am aware of the tightness of well fitting items.

These socks are definitely helpful. If you have planters fasciitis, I ended up giving some to my friends and they love them.

It does help with the correct shoes

My personal experience with these: Pro: Inexpensive for what they are. Pretty easy to put on or off. Light weight but surprisingly good compression ratio. Seems so far to be durable. Con: Know which is left or right (it matters). If these are inside out, you cant tell which is which, even right side out, it only has a small along the lower hem a L or R and for those near sighted, this would be a large problem. Length of wear ability, these can be worn under conventional socks or alone if you arent waring over the toe footwear, the issue is after some time, they do move a little up or down at the ball of the toes and can begin to pinch. If you arent somewhere where you can readily remove them, it become increasingly painful into the agonizing. Side note, knowing when to wear these is important, Ive found for my own use wearing them at night is the most effective, they dont bind or shift and they keep overnight compression so feet dont ache in morning. Wearing them under firm socks is better than loose fitting socks and have another pair in a purse or briefcase etc. so you can duck into a restroom or private and pull off the pair if they are hiking or binding and put on a cool fresh pair. These also need to either be hand washed or on delicate cycle if you dont want them stretched or worn out fast and a delicate mesh bag works fantastic. I would recommend these for the price and effectiveness as long as you know the cons. I ordered another 6 pairs in less than a month, I was happy enough with them so I can have two sets a day, back ups for the aforementioned switch out.
