> 24 hourIt’s a great suitcase, about the biggest that can fit in overhead bin. Looks nice, sturdy handle and wheels. BUT the expansion zipper is poorly designed so the first time I went to zip it up, the zipper got misaligned. The main suitcase zipper is heavier-duty and works fine, but the expansion one is flimsy. It was pretty expensive compared to other carry-ons so I returned it after first use.

> 24 hourOn my very first trip with the luggage, it came back to me this huge damage out of the airport carousel. I had no idea as to what happened to the bag over the travel. the durability of the bag must be compromised. Other than that, the bag itself meets my needs in functionality, manuevability, and light weight.

> 24 hourI decided to try this luggage after my current large luggage was almost completely destroyed after a rough plane ride (it was old luggage, to be fair). This replacement has been a true upgrade and a godsend! The luggage is lightweight but strong and does not seem like it would be easily damaged. Its easy to move, with smooth wheels that can roll in 360 degrees. The inside is spacious with thick pocket flaps and some smaller zipper pockets for small items. The luggage comes with a lock and looks recognizable and high quality. The dark blue is genderless for those that are worried about having feminine appearing luggage (supposedly those can be targeted more often by thieves).

> 24 hourI loved this suitcase but just could not justify the price. I was specifically looking for a polycarbonate expandable 21 suitcase to mostly be a checked bag. Often a 25 is more than I really need but an non-expandable 21 isnt quite enough. This meets those criteria but the price is the drawback. I opted instead for 21 Travelpro Maxlite Air Hardside Expandable (scored an Amazon Warehouse version for a great price).

> 24 hourThat was me... my old clunky carry on falling over, tripping me up, and falling apart after only a few uses. NO MORE! This is the best luggage I have ever had. After looking around at the airport, I noticed what all the pilots and airline attendees were using and they all had a TravelPro. I knew what I had to do and I LOVE it.

> 24 hourThis is a very nice suitcase, probably the best Ive ever had. I like that you can cram so much in a carry on because, as we women know, we need all those just in case outfits, shoes, etc. Its still a carry on though; I had no problem taking it onboard. The biggest plus for me is the ease it rolls. As someone with an arthritic autoimmune disease, I dont need to be in agony before boarding from my shoulder and back from pulling, turning a suitcase. This even goes up escalators like a dream. Its super sturdy ( Ill never buy a soft shell again.) I dont carry a laptop, just a Kindle for pleasure reading. But the that area seems protected to me and I put my makeup mirror there. I like the charging idea, but cmon Travel pro, include a bank. Im sure the price would cover it and still profit your company. But that isnt enough to take off stars for such a well made, easy roll case. This will probably be the last suitcase Ill need.

> 24 hourLove the two sided compartments, the mesh that zips and separates the sides.
