There was no way for me to email but these were not platypus flossers. These didn’t even have floss on them. I am editing this review. I was sent the correct product after initiating a return and it is very useful with braces.

Our kid with braces uses these. Our oldest also used these when he had braces. They work well and they work well enough that the kids use them regularly.

My son loves them it works great

Recommended by hygienist. Really flimsy, breakage is a problem but overall keeps things clean and reduces cavities for those with braces.

Only floss my son with braces can use

I recently got braces put back on as an adult, and it is an adjustment to say the least. Although the gloss part doesn’t fit under many of my wires around my most crooked teeth, the pick part is indispensable after meals, and effective. I always carry some with me now.

Ive been getting this product for years for my daughter who has braces, they are so easy for her to use unlike when I was her age flossing with braces was a nightmare. They are durable and totally affordable would definitely recommend!!

Works great for braces and easy to use. I was not able to use the threader as it was cumbersome and hard to use, but this was so easy to use and it took me only about a minute to floss!
