Does the job and does it fast!

Pleased with what it does and with the speed. I thought it was a little expensive for only 5 cds at a time. However, it has not failed us yet!

I purchased this CD copier 13 months ago on May 21, 2022. I tried to turn it on this morning and the motor is dead. I have tried everything to get it started but nothing works. I am going to see if I can find somewhere to replace the motor, but it will depend on the price. Ive had my other copier since 2017 and although it has its failings - only 4 drawers work, I am glad I have it as a back-up.

It came just as advertised (except a day late). It was packed really well. Nothing could be broken unless the box was purposely (and physically)abused.

Excellent machine, have only used it three times but no issues so far

Product never worked. Tried to reach out for support but never reached anyone. Complete loss of money.

Upon first powering on my unit, only the bottom 3 drives would light up or eject at all. The top 3 drives including the Source Tray would not light up or eject, rendering the entire tower useless.

We bought this for our church to make copies of services for people who are no longer able to make it to every service. So far it’s working good. We haven’t had it very long so I can’t comment able how well it will last.
