I really liked this product but it arrived with a dent on the top of it, which led me to believe that I was sold a USED unit. That is not cool if youre gonna pay full pop for it. I know that it didnt happen in shipping because it was double boxed and padded well.

Tech support people are great to work with. After a few hurdles in starting up (my work is copyrighted, so I wanted to make copy-protected discs, which meant a little bit of a detour--no big deal, they talked me through it over the phone) I am now able to easily and capably make copies. The machine is quiet. The machine is easy to use. It just sits on a table next to my desk and does its thing.

This thing is great I burn CDs of our church services and what used to take so long now only takes a few minutes!!

Very easy to use, plugged in an turned on, booted up and drives opened, put in original disk in top drive and blank disks in the other five drives, five minutes later had five duplicate dvds of a thirty minute program. Excellent!

I began copying home movie dvds, with this copier, right out of the box. It’s fast and easy. I made about 30 copies the first time I used it. No issues this far.

This machine is soo easy to use, no complicated procedures for copying CDs or DVDs. Just follow the on-screen menu and there you have it! Not very noisy either. GFE

Works flawlessly! Fans are loud, bur I will replace them with Cool-Master 1120 mm x 20 mm Fluid Bearing fans. That will really quiet it down a LOT! I still LOVE this addition to my Set-Up. Its a breeze to produce perfect copies! If youre duping Audio, just make sure your MASTER is perfect first! You can make a lot of bad CDs from a bad master copy very quickly. In my case I caught my error after only fifty Dups! Always AUDIT the first copies aurally to verify the Master is Perfect.
