This is totally fine and is probably supposed to be like it is. It came with protective coating you peel off. However, I was looking for something bendable. It does say bendable but it only slightly bends. I needed something that actually bends in half.

The polycarbonate sheet was purchased to make a chip and dust deflector for my auxiliary cabinetsaw. It came with a protective film obn both sides, which was very easy to peel off after cutting and bending, and left a crystal- clear surface. The sheet was cut with both table saw and bandsaw; it was drilled; and, with the help of a heat gun and by clamping to the bench and applying pressure via a flat board, bent. The sheet went through all these operations easily, with no cracking or splintering, and the edge was good enough that it needed no filing or sanding at all. Great for its intended use.

We were lucky, the size is absolutely perfect for our need, the thickness is certainly going to keep our dogs from running through it (they had created their own doggy door though our screen), and unless you are looking closely it is not noticeable (almost perfectly clear). I used some quake wax to hold it against the frame, anything sticky should work as well.

Stiff like plexiglass with maybe a little more give but plenty stiff for using in picture frames. Also clear and light as plexiglass. I actually like that its thinner than plexiglass. During tabletop roleplaying games like Dungeons and Dragons, I use these sheets over the top of my paper battle maps - the clear sheet is cut to the same size as the maps, and it holds the map flat so the edges dont curl, and it protects the paper. These sheets are perfect for that use. They are cheap enough that I can get several for different sized maps.

Look nice than cardboard. Need 2 inches to cover the bottom of my see thru gate for my kitten. Works great cut it in half and put tape on. Happy with purchase.

I used this to make an aquarium divider as it was cheaper to buy this than an actual divider and I could make the holes the sizes I deemed correct. It comes with a plastic film on both sides to protect it. Once the plastic film is removed it is crystal clear. The plastic seems strong but also thin enough you can score it with an exacto knife and snap it to break pieces off. Drilling through it with a your standard drill bits is tough and time consuming just be warned, though i found out after drill about 60 holes that using a wood paddle bit cuts it like butter *bangs head on wall* so learn from me, If you need to drill it use a paddle bit. Overall, pretty content with this purchase.

I wanted to use this for a shield. Did not realize how hard to form at home. Recommend for user with professional forming equipment. I formed a shield using my electric range. Placed on the shield frame, attempted using light pressure to mount it & it broke in half. Know what youre doing if you want to use it. Fine product but not for dummies!

I used this piece to form a border for my iRobot sweeper near my patio doors. Easy to cut and easy to glue to the edge of my patio door rails. This allowed me to be able to open and close the doors without interference AND prevent my iRobot from getting stuck in those same rails. I was able to cut several 3 borders.

Used it to add a corner on my kitchen counter. Worked perfectly

It was exactly what I needed. Cuts nice with razor knife. Has protected cover on both sides.
