> 3 dayI purchased it because I couldnt find the size that I needed at Lowes. The piece I ordered was enough for 1 pane and I needed 2 panes. This piece was thin and had flex to it. I went to Home Depot and found a thicker Lexan piece for the same price and it was much better. Next time its Home Depot for me.

> 3 dayI wanted to use this for a shield. Did not realize how hard to form at home. Recommend for user with professional forming equipment. I formed a shield using my electric range. Placed on the shield frame, attempted using light pressure to mount it & it broke in half. Know what youre doing if you want to use it. Fine product but not for dummies!

07-04-2025I’m not a plasticsmith so I can’t say how this polycarbonate plastic sheet compares to the next; but the plastic looks great, seems tough, and is easy to work with. To cut the sheet in half: I measured and marked with a fine tip dry erase marker, scored it ten or so passes with a utility knife, and then slightly flexed it for a surprisingly clean break. Lightly sanded the edges with fine grit sandpaper - the result was perfect and took no more than 10 minutes.

> 3 dayI loved the flexibility of the polycarbonate. It is not brittle and bends easily. I was using it for an art project and it was a better choice than rigid acrylic. However, it is difficult to cut to size with Exacto knife blades. It is easier if you are cutting a large piece. You can score with the blades and snap it apart with weight on one side. However, I just needed to trim less than half an inch the 18-inch length of the piece. Very difficult to score and snap. So, I would recommend a band saw to cut small pieces.

> 3 dayI bought this for my cats litter box because he is unable to urinate downwards. Set this up against the wall and it deflects back into the litter box perfectly! No more pee pads taped to the wall :)

09-04-2025This works great for custom cut fish tank lids. I used an xacto knife like another reviewer recommended. I then snapped it on the edge of a table. For the smaller sections I scored and snapped the pieces using pliers. I needed lids for 2.5 gallon tanks and this was beyond worth it. I got a Command knob to use as a handle and it looks great!
