The smell, isnt strong, but does take a little to get used to. It isnt awful, but is different. The smell, isnt that big of a thing, as long as it doesnt hurt my birds! The most important thing, is that it is safe to use around birds, AND actually works well! The poo comes right off, easily!

It really works! I have a conure. If his poop has a chance to fully dry on plastic surfaces, some of it turns to concrete & is impossible to get off using elbow grease. A pet store worker highly recommended Natures miracle, but it was no miracle against my conures poop. It simply didnt work. After hearing such glowing recommendations about Natures miracle, my expectations were not very high for this product. Well I was beyond thrilled when it actually worked!!! As others have said, spray it on & let it sit for a few minutes before wiping with a rag. Do I love the smell? No. But once you rinse it off the smell goes away. So who cares that poop-off doesnt smell nice. It is SAFE to use & cannot harm my bird, and makes an impossible task doable. If you have an issue with bird poop that has turned to concrete, give this a try. I bought the gallon on Amazon and went to the dollar store for a spray bottle. I am so glad I took the chance on poop-off.

My son has a Green Winged McCaw, who has been his companion for twenty some years. Having her is like having a cow, that poops all over your home. She creates a constant cleanup issue. This product really does work better than anything else we have found. I bought a gallon, which shy last us for a vey long time.

This was great. It melted the poop right off the cage and made it really easy to clean. It also last me a long time till I have to order another. I definitely recommend if you have a bird that poops a lot and if they like to hang around their cage that it get stuck on the floor or wheels. Make cleaning up a whole lot easier.

I love this product for my horse barn where barn swallows nest in the summer. The poop just dissolves away for easy clean up on wood surfaces. Metal surfaces are a bit harder to clean....This product did NOT remove bird poop in my chicken coop, but then again the manufacturer does NOT claim it works on laying hen droppings. Pleasant mild smell and easy on your skin. Seems safe and effective. One quart cleans my entire 4 stall horse barn annually. Just spray and wipe.

Product was thrown in a big box with two other items. No packing around it although the gallon was in a plastic bag. The heavy gallon rolled around inside the box damaging one of the other items. VERY poorly packaged. Someone was asleep on the job. The product itself does EXACTLY what the name says. I bought the large gallon size and put it in a new spray bottle (from Walmart) and a dish brush from the dollar store and it works very well with some elbow grease. I dont like spraying it on the bottom grid where the poop mostly accumulates because most of the spray goes between the bars, wasting it. So instead, I wet a clean rag with it and let it rest o. The troubled spots. Then I brush and clean as new. Again, takes a little hard scrubbing but works better than anything else Ive tried. Highly recommended!

This product works wonders. Some types of bird poop are quite hard to remove from many surfaces, particularly Conure poop. It sets up like concrete, and seems glued to whatever it is on. Water softens it some, but v e r y slowly, Windex or Fantastic, much the same. You end up trying nasty toxic stuff that ruins whatever the poop is on, your hands, your lungs, and your bird. This stuff is totally non nasty. It is biodegradeable, it leaves a noce smell that does no linger, it wont hurt your bird or you AND it quickly softens bird poop so it can be wiped away with a paper towel. It is harmless to ever surface and material Ive used it on. In Pet Stores, the most they usually sell are quarts with the sprayer. This BIG jug is priced right, and as yoyr sprayer is always full, you discover you have easily cleened up all the bird poop around your home, quickly and easily. Great stuff.

This is an excellent product. It does a good job of disolving the bird poop, and I use it on the cage and the floor. Its non-toxic so I can clean the bird cage with the birds in it. They like to get in the spray and bathe in it while I clean their cage. It has a nice fruity type smell, not a chemical smell. The best way to use it is to spray a lot on the droppings and let it set for a while. That way it can work to disolve the stuff, and you have less effort on your part.
