Okee dokee let’s be honest this is not your typical air conditioning machine,,,nope not even close. If your expecting that I’d say move on.,.this won’t cool your house. HOWEVER, it’s WELL worth the money, in fact I bought two. ( Well I bought one then loved that so much I bought it a friend) Now for those who say it only runs four hours? Turn off the timer button and it will run forever. You have options. This little fan is powerful it will blow wind about 10 to 12 feet away ,but is most effective at close range, and will mist just slightly if you choose… I run this baby all night and have not put in my usual window conditioning. I’m not suggesting you do the same, I’m just sick of the window air conditioner. This preforms near as good with out blowing in pollen, dust or upsetting my husbands asthma. Plus we don’t have to break our back to put it in, and we can still open windows. So pros and cons Pros Very affordable to buy Extremely Light weight and portable Small size for how powerful the fan is Remotes awesome Adorable colorful lights ( option to turn off) Quieter than a standard rotation fan Don’t need ice or water to run ( optional) super duper cheap to run..win win,! If it’s unbearably hot you can sit it rite beside you and you will eventually need a blanket ..( probably eye drops too) So overall those are reasons to buy this adorable little machine. I was far more impressed than expected. Plus the mini humidifier is great if the weathers dry. Cons Doesn’t rotate Cords a bit short Ice or water really don’t make any difference with how cool the air feels…but it’s fun to add. Infact I’m not even sure water makes a difference I tested it three ways . It’s really not going to cool down the house but it will bring relief if near by you. Its a glorified fan, but it works…very well. Infact I bought two. So overall just buy it, don’t expect it to preform like a 40 to 50 pound window air conditioner or powerful central air …it’s got its limitations…go easy on it ..but it’s excellent value for the size, convenience, and price. Plus it’s cute. One of my favorite purchases. I had low expectations so I was pleasantly surprised.

I do not have a strong circulation system on the 2nd floor of my property, so my bedroom stays warmer than other parts of the house. With this product, I was able to sleep comfortably with whisper soft noise levels. The remote works well and it is easy to change settings. The unit does not use up the entire tank in one night like a humidifier does, which is a huge bonus.

Id been using a small personal cube-shaped AC for my home office, but the filters constantly molded (yuck!) and when I decided to get a more modern version found they couldnt be shipped to California. Then I found the superb Wavego! Its larger than the cube, but superior in every way. No filters! Two fan speeds! Two cooling settings. Pretty lighting! Huge water tank! Cooling is limited to about 5 feet, but for a small room thats sufficient, you can adjust the louvers to blow air up/down or directly. When water is visible on the honeycomb grid after about 1 - 2 hours use, I turn it off and the machine still blows cool air. Easy to drain any excess water, easy to carry to the sink for a refill. My husband was so impressed we bought an additional unit for his office when the building AC shuts off late afternoon. Very satisfied!

I bought this item to cool a small room. It comes with a USB cord and with an adapter to convert to regular outlet it would only run for 3 seconds and kick itself off. Im pretty sure its a safety feature to prevent it from getting too hot because it works GREAT in my daughters conversion van during camping! Highly recommended for smaller circuits and spaces!

Ok. So most of you are probably looking to purchase this item for camping or beach trips for cooling off and I can affirm it works fantastic, add ice and it blows cold air like an a/c. I purchased it to have an extra cooling system in the back of the van since it’s so hot in Texas and the A/c doesn’t always provide enough air to the back. So I got this Portable A/C and the kids love it. I mounted it onto a bracket with a few cables to stay in place, fill the tank with ice and it works beautifully. I am planning to buy a 2nd for our camping trip for the 4th. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great price. Works better than described.

I bought this for the night stand in a spare bedroom (will be buying more!). My 6 year nephew loved it for the cooling air and also the light and both helped him relax and fall asleep. I found it effective and easy to fall asleep to. Putting the ice on top is easy and the item feels secure against leaks. The huge benefit has been using it for my senior dog and cat who spend a lot of time in their beds and of course have trouble in the heat. They have both done well having the fan next to their beds when I leave for work and I feel better about their safety and comfort while I am gone. This will not fall in them! I am happy to recommend this for pets and for bedrooms. My husband will also put it on the coffee table while he is on the couch watching tv. Maybe everyone in the family needs one!

I needed a small fan for my toddler’s room. She gets hot while she sleeps at night and this was a great addition since our regular fan wasn’t doing much. I love that it has a timer so that i have more control over how long it cools down for.

I have a small office that get zero ventilation, so needless to say it get super cold in the winter amd super hot in the summer. This machine make my office very comfortable. I also take it camping to cool off my bedroom more. Best one I have purchased so far! You wont be disappointed!

I was not expecting this to perform as well as it did. With cold water, the unit definitely has an effect of cooling down my immediate area in an office where our HVAC doe snot often work. I wish the fan could be quieter, but that is technically something i could replace if it annoys me enough to do so. Also, make sure to use the USB it came with. Unit did not want to power on with other cords on chargers that met the power requirements. Once i used a 2A outlet with the provided cable, unit functioned immediately.
