> 3 dayEditing 2/4/21 The motor on this died yesterday. Kind of disappointed about it. I would have expected this to last a few years but that didnt happen. I bought another brand this time around to see if thatll last longer. I have probably bought 20 humidifiers over the years. Each one had pros and cons. The worst were the humidifiers with filters because after a year or two the style changed and the filters werent available anymore for the older models. Frustrating and a waste of money in the long run. In addition all the humidifiers had small fill holes and cleaning the tanks were hard. But with forced hot air heat not having a humidifier in the bedrooms means waking up with a headache every single morning so once again I was forced to find a humidifier. I put this off thinking Id find the same old same old. When I saw this one I was skeptical but hopeful as I added it to my cart. I figured worst case Id be returning it when it didnt work well. Well Ill start off by saying I wont be returning this one. It was super easy to set up and fill. The control button is right in the front and easy to access. There are several levels so you can set for a little humidity or more depending on how much moisture you need. Its simple to add additional water right through the top so refilling is a snap. The best parts? Cleaning is a snap as you just wipe out the reserve. No more arm gymnastics trying to get through a tiny hole in an awkward tank. AND theres no filter. Yes no filter to replace over and over until the stop making them. The household water is hard so Ill end up with white powder on the file cabinet where the humidifier is located but Im good with it. Easier to wipe down the surface then worry about filters. So if you are looking for an easy to use humidifier that really works stop searching and order this one. You wont be disappointed.

> 3 dayIts a fantastic humidifier, no question about that, at least for me. My only issue so far is that the smart setting, where the system will detect how humid the air is and adjust output itself, seems to not be working correctly. I could change it to the smart setting and no mist comes out. The lights will indicate that the room is too humid, so it wont output any mist. While thats fine, if I move the unit even just a few inches, all of a sudden it thinks the room is bone dry and will go through a gallon of water over the course of 30 hours (I timed it, and it just ran out a few minutes before Im writing this after fully filling it up). Other than that annoyance, the unit works amazingly well. Only reason it isnt 5 stars is because the smart mode doesnt really work, at least for me (maybe a defective unit for all I know).

> 3 dayI thought I liked this product. Had it for 5 months I use it nightly. Then all is the sudden it started leaking. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange they said they can offer me $5 for my inconvenience. Compared to many other Amazon products that is sad customer service. So I will toss this and look for a different product. Once I wrote this the company reached out and offered to replace my unit with a different one if I sent mine back. Which I gladly did. Waiting on replacement now. This is more like what I was looking for. Thank you for following up!

> 3 dayThis humidifier exceeded my expectations completely. Very quiet, easy to take apart and fill water, etc. I used this daily and multiple times a day for over half a year until it just one day did not turn on anymore. I was really sad because I used this humidifier quite religiously and it just stopped working probably because of how much I used it. Definitely loved it a lot. Unfortunately, I would not buy another one just based on how often I use it, and if it were to break again in the coming year and a half, it would not be worth. Other than that, wonderful product, just a short life if you would use it as much as I did.

> 3 dayBefore purchasing, I researched maybe 10 other humidifiers being sold on Amazon and I finally settled on this one. Key things to consider when buying a humidifier: How easy is it to refill? Other humidifiers have to be filled upside down! I was not gonna go through the hassle of having to bring it to the sink and disassemble it every time I wanted to fill it. This one fills by just pouring water on the top. It has a little slit for small fills but if you want to fill the whole thing, just take the top part off, very easy. Size: This one holds a gallon of water and lasts me a few days of it running for hours each day. Id say if it was constantly running it would last a night of sleep plus a half. Timer: This one unfortunately does not have a timer. I kinda wish I bought the one with the timer but it is not a big deal. This one claims that it will turn off if it gets too humid but I havent noticed that to be true. It does shut off automatically when it runs out of water though Visible fill line: I wanted to be able to see what level the water is at so I can expect when it will need a refill. This basin is not see through but it does have a fill line that is lit up when on. Essential oils: I didnt buy this for the essential oil slot but it is a nice addition. When I want to freshen up my room from the stale air I just dab some essential oils onto the pad in the pop-out plastic tray. One small con is that the tray gets kind of stuck after you click it to open. I have to tug on it a little but not a big deal. Mist height and direction: This one shoots up pretty high and has 3 different height settings. The mist also seems to fall on my left when I am sitting below it. I have it on top of my bedframe. Noise level: This thing is so quiet, it does make some water noises with a very small whirring sound but it is pretty peaceful Hope this helps you decide on your purchase!
