> 24 hourThe suitcase arrived in unusable condition. the main zipper compartment zipper was broken/would not remain closed. Every time I would close the zipper, it would split back open.

> 24 hourI was amazed by all of the features of this backpack. It was well padded and had at least three ways to carry it around. My most preferred way was the shoulder straps. It took me a while to find the buckles at the bottom to attach the shoulder straps (See pics for hints). With lots of pockets and zippered compartments, it was easy to keep everything organized. I was concerned that the buckles squeeze tabs maybe a bit on the fragile side but have not encountered any issue. Also, Ive seen this design on other backpacks as well. May be the manufacturer can step up and make these buckles more robust for extra durability.

> 24 hourThis backpack has any compartments and pockets and converts into a soft-sided suitcase. It feels durable and has expandable storage and four packing cubes. It is very spacious, including a pocket for wet items and a pocket for a water bottle. I also like that it is water resistant. I do wish it had a waist strap, as only having a chest strap means I could be carrying a lot of weight on my shoulders. Having a shoulder strap would have also been helpful. This will be a very handy bag for trips where I wont be walking far. I look forward to taking it on my next trip.

> 24 hourA Well Thought Out Travel Bag/Backpack This bag is well thought out and does everything the write up says it does. I counted about 10 compartments plus the 4 packing cubes so there is a place for everying. The zippers are decent middle quality and durrability. Features: --Handle on side and top making it more like a suitcase. --Shoulder straps are padded and tuck away in a compartment when not in use. --Security pocket on the back so thieves cant reach it while weraing it as a backpack --Strap on back to slide over the handle of a rolling bag. --external USB connection that attaches to your portable charger in a pouch on the inside. --Side straps to expand or contract the bag depth --2 easy access pouches on the front --Pouch on side for water and such. --Outer pouch for laptop and has 4 acessory slots andzipper pouch --Expandable main compartment w/ 4 zippered pouches including one for wet items. I probably missed a thing or two. It is a very versitile bag.

> 24 hourIts got tons of room in it. Perfect for someone like me who packs light. I could easily take this for a weekend retreat and not need to bring a carry-on. Lots of compartments for storing your different things. The back straps can be hidden away so this can be used more like a carry-on bag too. It even has a strap on the side for a water bottle, so would work well for a student (I know I loved bringing my water bottle around campus).

> 24 hourThis backpack really meets all the travel needs. You have several attachements that can be very useful while traveling. The outside name tag, a strip that helps mount the bacpack to the suitcase, super spacious, among other things. Has a space for computers or tablets and a huge compartment for clothing which can also be expanded if needed. But overall id highly recommend this backpack for any traveler its sleak and nice looks combined with its space is amazing at this price for the amount of use you can have from it.

> 24 hourI love a good backpack and this is a good one. Im the type of traveler who hates to check their luggage. Ive had enough things lost and damaged where I travel light enough to fit everything for up to a weeks travel in a carry on. Lately this has had me in a tough spot. I have either a full sized backpackers backpack that is somehow within the measurements for a carry on but is truthfully too big and a duffle bag that is too small (as well as having no usable feathers to speak of.) By appearances, this looked like a good bag to bridge the gap, and it sure does. Its a perfect size with enough room to fit (and secure) all my clothes and enough flexibility to accommodate a variety of things. Lots of pockets and zippers and different compartments. The cubes are great and will definitely come in handy. It was clearly designed for air travel and will work well enough for it that its replacing all my other luggage. Im super happy with it. The only thing will say, and this is more for clarification than a plus or minus, there is little to no rigidity to the bag, not side or back supports. This makes it easy to secure things down using the side straps but also means that although padded well, there is no other support or protection. This may dictate how you pack your bag (fragile items near the center, something firm in the back like a laptop, etc). I dont see this as a plus or minus, just a feature.

> 24 hourThis is the most comprehensive travel backpack Ive ever seen, and Im in love! This backpack (which is an inadequate name for this work of art) is so well thought out and versatile that Im buying a second one as soon as I write this review! This bag arrived in its smallest form, utilizing the clips on the sides to keep it compact (which is perfect for storing between uses). Once unclipped, it expands to be a large bag that can be carried with top handles, side handles, or the stowed away backpack straps. So many ways to use this bag! The pockets are well designed, the main compartment unzips flat like a suitcase, and all of the components are very high quality. Did I mention that it includes coordinating packing cubes? This is a stellar item, and I think its the perfect carry on bag. Highly, highly recommend this!
