Not worth the money . False readings all over . Battery disconnected an it’s telling me that there is a short in the car .

Great product very is easy to use

I bought this as a gift for Christmas and it arrived on time and as described! I cant say anymore than that as I wasnt the person who used it.

had some wires burn near the exhaust manifold on a f150 5.4. repaired the wires and still had a code for the torque converter solenoid. used this to tell me the wires to the transmission were all good. it was a shorted solenoid coil. replaced coil and wiring harness inside the transmission and all is good.

The product is of good quality, it works well with tracing wires and I identify to a switch or patch panel.

This unit is great at locating open circuits or broken wires. It can follow the wire to the location of the break. At this price, you couldn’t get more than 2 hours of labor testing for break or short at most shops. You can fix these things yourself if you try.

Unit may possibly be a used returned item. Bag that has the alligator signal clip was opened and it was missing a screw for the battery cover on the receiver. 1 set of “sunbeam” brand batteries installed in the unit and 1 set of “Duracell” batteries in the bag.

Product has broken after a few uses. I have had it almost 6 months and used less than a handfull of times. The product has broken. Seller wasnt very much help basically told me to call power products who was absolutely NO help at all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! They do not stand behind there products.
