This is not 20 inches long. Basically became a chew toy for my conure. She cant really use it as a ladder.

The ladder was well received by all the birds. I will be ordering a few more. The goal is to have a bridge from one side of the room to the next.

Seems of quality build. My Green Cheek Conure spends a lot of time on it, either still or walking back and forth. Ill buy another once he destroys this one.

As most people said yes these are small. I knew it when I ordered them so I am not disappointed. Bought these for budgie cage so they are perfect without the normal outrageous price tag most bird toys have.

This product wasnt as nice as the picture. It was very hastily made & the material that strings everything together was very badly frayed. The coconut itself had a big black spot that looked like mold.
