> 24 hourTwo preventable design flaws: 1) instead of making the device wide and short, they’ve made it circular and bulky in a way that partially covers two receptacle outlets instead of one… the thermometer port is also positioned on the bottom of the device in such a way that prevents other plugs from sharing your receptacle. 2) the app has a bunch of poorly labeled settings, random use of underscores in naming, and just feels like it was designed by an engineer and not a designer. Overall, lackluster product for the price.

> 24 hourThe item works okay, but chews through batteries. If batteries fail the wall socket can be left in the on position (potentially dangerous). If the remote/thermostat could be plugged into wall power, this might be 4 stars. Only other complaint is the two buttons... Makes it difficult to adjust things without referring to the manual as it needs just one more button to select what you want to change. UPDATE: The receiver gave up the ghost after 20 months. Slight ozone smell, so I think something inside fused. I wont be buying a new one of this brand.

> 24 hourGreat product works well as designed. However, I wished the thermostat was located in the outlet plug in instead of the remote control. The beeping and light can be annoying for a bedroom.

> 24 hourOK to configure and connect to Alexa and Google. Programed my heater for the daily schedule based on time and temperature. Sometimes it shuts off and the configuration completely gets reset. Plugin and configure everything, if the power goes off or the internet disconnects or unplug and plug it back all setup goes off. It may be an issue with Smarthings apps. I will try with Alexa or Google to automat and check.

> 24 hourThis is a great device to add temperature control to my cheap “always on” space heater. The programming, however, is non-intuitive and difficult. I am a tech kind of guy, but got pissed off trying to get this thing working.

> 24 hourWorks, BUT the hysteresis is a bit wide. It tracks F degrees to one tenth in the display, but won’t turn on or off until beyond your desired temp. So it will turn on just when your getting too cold and turn off after your sweating.

> 24 hourNo batteries included, you need 2x 3A. Cryptic instructions in tiny text. Works great once you get past all that.
