Especially if you have sensitive gums, this is the widest dental tape i have ever seen. And i would recommend it to people with regular gums as well as long as the tape can fit between your teeth. I very much enjoy the comfort that johnson and johnson Reach Dental Tape provides and the large amount of 100 yards is also beneficial for lasting me a little over a month while using it daily.

Dentoptape is so much easier to get through the tightest teeth and where there are interproximal fillings. Getting in bundles works for us since our local stores don’t carry it.

Its getting harder and harder to find dental tape at stores. Ive had numerous dental issues all my life so the dental tape works best for me. It holds up much better when flossing than regular floss.

This flat-shaped dental tape is just-the-ticket for folks that like to practice good oral hygiene. It is easy-to-use and hard-to-break, when using it to reach locations between teeth. I heartily recommend it as a tool to help keep gums and teeth properly cleaned.

Oh yeah this stuff is awesome. If youre sick of floss fraying and breaking on use and leaving tiny micro strands of nylon stuck between your teeth then this is what you need in your life. I personally tried a few different types of floss from various convenience stores in my area and was consistently disappointed because the floss would fray and break before having any effect. This dental tape still breaks, I use about 3 or 4 pieces every time I floss, but you can tell it has done some work before it breaks. Its tape like sticky texturing makes it very obvious if the area you are cleaning still has plaque (or tartar) or is clean. When this floss breaks, though, it doesnt leave nylon filaments in your teeth like that woven stuff. After using this product once I could tell that my teeth were much cleaner and flossing has become a much less timely and more enjoyable process. I also use a waterpik (which I also recommend) before brushing to remove the food from my gums but this tape is what does the real work in my nightly routine. I cant recommend this product enough if regular floss doesnt seen to do the trick for you. I will never go back to regular woven floss from dental tape. One thing I would note, though, is that this floss is much thicker than standard floss. For my teeth that are spaced closer together it is quite difficult to get it into cleaning position. If you have teeth that are very close together with no gap then this product might not work as well for you. I have small gaps between most my teeth and no gap between some but I can get this floss in between every tooth without much difficulty.

Reach Dentotape Waxed Tape is the best I have used so far. It is strong enough to get into very tight spaces between teeth without breaking. It cleans very well.

On the advice of my dentist, Ive been using dentotape, instead of dental floss, for more than a decade now to clean between and around my tightly-spaced teeth, and am very pleased (apparently, or Ill stop using it) with how well it cleans. This is the only brand of dentotape Im aware of, and its excellent.

The thickness of this waxed dental tape is about right, and the price is low enough to encourage its use. Narrow floss, particularly teflon-coated versions, are easy to use but not very effective. They slide past food particles with the greatest of ease.
