Its hard to find Dentotape in a drugstore in anything but the tiny size container. And I have found that drugstores own brands tend to fray, which I hate. This is a big container of the real thing.

Reach Dentotape Waxed Tape is the best I have used so far. It is strong enough to get into very tight spaces between teeth without breaking. It cleans very well.

Floss on steroids. It is not so great if your teeth are really tightly spaced; but if if you have a little room it is great for getting the spaces between your teeth really clean. Great for helping to control a tendency for gum disease..

Its very good for flossing teeth where there has been a good bit of gum recession or with sensitive gums.

I love the size and extra comfort of dental tape as opposed to the stingier feeling of conventional dental floss.

I have been using this for decades. And for whatever reason, my grocery store and Target tends to always be out of this. My teeth are tightly packed in my mouth. So I tend to shred dental floss. My dentist at the time told me about this. And it makes cleaning between my teeth a breeze.

Im an RDA, State of CA & this stuff cannot be found in retail stores anymore, not for a really long time. After searching everywhere locally & online, I found this seller on Amazon a couple of years ago. My husband is just now finishing his last package of DENTOTAPE Waxed Floss that we purchased here. Let me comment that he has the TIGHTEST contacts (dental term meaning BETWEEN the teeth) of anyone Ive ever known; family, friends & former patients all included. ANY OTHER dental floss or dental tape, no matter the type or the brand, waxed or unwaxed, is a lost cause; he cannot avoid shredding it within a few seconds of starting to floss. ENTER this DENTOTAPE WAXED DENTAL FLOSS & he is a perpetually happy camper! NO MORE problems flossing quickly, efficiently & EASILY, without even the slightest shredding. Just ordered a new package of 3 again; so glad to see the same seller is still offering this product. It was made for my hubby! This should last him for another couple of years AT LEAST.

My husband gave me a hard time for buying virtually 5 miles of this denta-tape but this stuff was hard to find for a while. For those of us with gaps between our grinders, its great for removing stringy meat and corn that was once on the cob!

Two major problems with this floss. It sometimes shreds or breaks while being used and, the spool it is wound around does not easily release the floss and it gets stuck inside continually!
