Redrex Ender 3 Extruder MK8 Metal Bowden Drive Feeder Upgraded 3D Printer Parts Compatible with Creality Ender 3 V2/Ender 3 Pro/CR-10 Series and Other Reprap Prusa 3D Printers[Right Hand]

Ive had this extruder for a few days now and no matter what I do I cant get it to consistently push filament out my hot end making it unusable. The extruder can easily push filament through my bowden tubing but begins slipping when trying to extrude. I just bought a new hotend with bowden tubing a few days after I ordered this so I know its not my hotend thats clogged.

Great item Used on my Anycubic Chiron, other than having to reverse the motor direction and playing with the E steps no major issues I do agree the spring is to strong, I’ll have to replace it with a less strong one soon

While it seems to be a high quality unit, the brass gear part that move the filament bites into TPU and jams regardless of pressure. I tried two different brands of TPU (Sain Smart and Overture) and jammed on both. I backed off the spring to the minimum pressure and it still doesnt work. After inspection and comparison with the factory provided gear, I noticed that your gear teeth are very sharp and way deeper than the original part. I CHANGED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL GEAR AND SPRING AND THEN PRINTED TPU JUST FINE.

Out of all the upgrades I have done on my ender3 v2, this one has been the most noticable as far as print quality. For the price, its been one of the cheapest upgrades (other than the ones I printed my self). Now if I can only find a bed that gets good consistant adhearence print after print. Also, switching this over to Direct extrusion will be easy and will be even better.

An upgrade that Im so happy I did. The all metal extruder is adjustable where the OG Ender 3 isnt and it lets you fine tune the filament extrude. the build quality is greatly done no sharp edges and really finished. the installation was easy took like 5 mins of removable of old and installing the new. If your looking to upgrade your extruder this is the kit you should use.

Nicely made with no sharp edges. Fit perfectly on my ender 3 v2.

It look me forever to load filament in with the original extruder. Upgraded to this one and its so much easier. Great product!
