Love this set. You get 4 bands, as opposed to 2 or 3 like other sets. They are clearly labeled by resistance level. It comes with a mesh bag and a card with exercise poses and training routine. I can’t attest to the durability yet as I just received it, but it seems well made and the fabric is wonderful.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. Ive purchased bands in the past only to have them snap during a workout! I dont forsee that happening with these bands!! I love everything about this product, including the training videos to help you maximize your workouts! I am very pleased to say the least!

I’m a physical therapist so I order a lot of elastic loop bands. I get them for my patients and also for personal use. These are cheaper than what I normally buy but they are ok. Especially for the price. They do not stretch out as far as I was hoping (there is a limit to how much the fabric portion will stretch with the elastic part) but they will be ok for what I am going to use them for. If you keep in mind the price you paid for them will be happy with them.

So happy these work perfectly fine. A little bit of roll up but it’s so good and great material. Doesn’t feel cheap at all, has a smell but that doesn’t matter it goes away.
