These are the perfect set of bands for home workouts! Theyre so much more comfortable than the latex kind, and stay in place perfectly with the non slip addition on the inside! I also love that the set came with 4 different resistance levels as well as a little mesh storage pouch!

I like the workout card included but I haven’t been able to access the free videos yet. These look & feel very nice, the bag is convenient, lots of stretch but still provides resistance. I was worried about my big legs but they fit me fine.

All I can say is, as soon as it got here I started working out with them and OMG! I can feel it in my legs, is just crazy how much a small band can make your flutes and legs workout

Ive had the product for about 2 weeks and I like it so far.Much better than the rubber ones I had before and I really like that it comes in 4 levels.

Ive never used rubber latex bands before because they always looked like they would be too easy to break and I didnt want to get injured or use those around my young kids. Im glad I found these bands; I love that theyre fabric instead. They are strong, stretchy, and dont roll out of place. Theyre all the same size so I can easily use more than one at a time. The colors are beautiful as well. So far I havent felt a huge difference between the 2nd/3rd band strength (pink and grey) but theres a big difference when comparing the rest of the bands. Good value for money on this set.

I have been using them for 2 weeks and really love these bands. They are of good quality and have great resistance. They do not roll or pinch. I would definitely buy them again and would. recommend these to other people. I also like the little card that came with them that has a recommended exercise routine.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. Ive purchased bands in the past only to have them snap during a workout! I dont forsee that happening with these bands!! I love everything about this product, including the training videos to help you maximize your workouts! I am very pleased to say the least!
