I have bought a few of these. I use them for retropi presents I give to friends. I buy the retroflag case from geekpi because it comes with the fan and case. Its worth the two extra dollars.

Good materials, pretty easy assemble process and auto-shutdown feature

i submitted a review stating that the fan and heatsinks were not included in package, i was wrong, they had shifted and fallen out when i opened it. theyre so tiny! anyways this product is exactly as advertised. took me longer to find the heatsinks/fan than it did to assemble the case and raspberry pi. awesome product, will buy more :)

Cool looking kit and good quality. Took a tumble off my TV stand while running and my 4yo didnt miss a beat while playing Street Fighter II Turbo on SNES.

Retro Flag Makes some Quality Cases...

The case is great, and the instructions are helpful. Only issue is the buttons (power and reset) dont work straight away. Good news is there are sites out there to add a few short lines of code and everything works tip-top. Would be helpful to include those links with the product.

For a while now, Id been eyeing these cases. Id been wanting to make a little emulation box and what better case to house it than a mini NES. As far as looks, its spot on. Proportions, vents, buttons, colors... I no longer have my NES, but its exactly how I remember it! Theres even the plate on the bottom where the expansion port was! LOVE IT! Thought also went into port layout, with USB ports mimicking the controller ports and a few more USB ports under the front flap. I do appreciate all the ports up front, plus enough room inside the case to install dongles and whatnot. Now, my first case arrived with a rusty spot on a USB port and a very noisy fan. They quickly took care of this and I couldnt be more happy. Honestly, the only thing Im slightly mixed on is the network jack placement. I would have liked to have it around back. But of course, Pi 3s all have WIFI so its not a huge deal.
