Rockford Fosgate P500X1BD Punch 500 Watt Class-bd Mono Amplifier

I have this amp, which the birth certificate shows 750 watts rms @ 1 ohm, pushing a RF 12 P3D2...............LOUD!!!!! Makes people think I have a pair of 12s. Its also very clean, and have surprised alot of people with the quality of sound.

Nice amp, pushing a single 12 P3 at 1 ohm. Doesnt sound as good as my Skar Audio RP800.1 on the same sub but that one over heat after 1 hour of continuous use, this one doesnt break a sweat. It also pumps out much more power than its rated

Rockford are good quality and this amp say 500 rms but my BC said 766 rms and I know this amp is pushing more than 500 watts, I have it paired to a Rockford fosgate box with 2 12inch P2, boom!

Purchased this amp along with the Rockford Fosgate Punch Remote Level Control and an InstallGear 4 Gauge Complete Amp Kit. Works flawlessly! I installed it in my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ along with two Kicker 2010 Comp Series C10 4 Ohm 10 subs and one Kicker CompRT 2 Ohm 6.75 sub. Works great and made all my Kicker subs hit way harder than they did with my cheap BOSS Audio amp I had until I could afford a better amp. I love how the adjustment dials for this amp are all hidden under the cover so I never have to worry about them getting messed with. The instructions it includes are also very detailed for the initial setup. Rockford Fosgate continues to impress me!

This is a great amplifier it pushes my fosgate 10 to the limit.

Excellent amp for the $. This is the first RF amp i have bought in probably 15 years, and Im glad I did.

Had a Boss riot 1100 in my crew cab gmc driving a single 12 shallow that I pulled from my old truck to get a little more thump. When I had the riot installed I was happy and thought it didnt sound bad, it went into protection mode a lot if I bumped it too hard. And one day I burned my hand on it so I stated searching for a 1 ohm amp asap. Well I installed this one and the paper said it passed with like 740-ish watts. Well I installed this with a good 4 guage wiring kit and all I can say is WOW! completely blows the riot away in every category! Which you would expect but dang, it just sounds so clean and crisp. I was thinking about buying 2 12s before but now it hits really good and Im completely happy! It hits clean all the way through and tuning it was very easy with the given instructions. It also looks clean with the hidden wire boxed area. Very happy, even though its more than what I wanted to pay since Im about to head to college but it is well worth it knowing this one will not catch my truck on fire!
