Finally, a product that keeps the rust ring from growing in my bathroom!

We have four full baths in our house so me, my husband, and our teenagers have their own shaving cream. We were starting to get some rust in all the showers and I purchased these for the cans. They come in two sizes based what you needed. The larger size fits the cans the best. It created a tight seal. Every couple weeks we will remove them to rinse and check for any accumulation of rust but there really never is any. I highly recommend this product!

This is a great solution! The shave foam cans may leave round rust marks on your expensive bath surfaces. Pop this onto the bottom of the can and no rust marks!

AWESOME!! Im so tired of my kids leaving the shaving cream on the floor of the shower and having rust rings appear. This cool little gadget makes those rust rings a thing of the past! It fits the larger traditional cans (like Barbasol) but it a leetle too big for the slimmer gel sized cans (like Skintimate)...unless youre like my daughter, who couldnt wait for the smaller size to arrive and you just duct tape the ring to the can. lol (I taught her well!) Now if I can just get the kids (teenagers) to remember to REMOVE the ring before throwing the empty can of shaving cream away. Oh wait - what am I saying...that would involve them having to actually discard an empty can, first. haha Awesome invention!! If you have a hard time getting this over the bottom of your can, heat the ring up with the hair dryer for a few seconds before putting it on the can. We didnt have to do this with both of them, but it did work on the one that was a little too snug.

Funny to see all the awesome reviews for such a simple product idea but I concur! We had just remodeled our bathroom with marble tile and installed a new mirror in the shower for my husband to shave in the shower. I started to see rust marks where he puts the shaving cream can in the shower shelf and searched on Amazon for a cover for the bottom of the can and Voila! here it was. No rust stains, no problem, low expense. Cant get any better. Buy it if you can use it!

I am so glad I found this product. I love using Gillette but was having to switch to Barbasol because Barbasol has the rust free ring at the bottom of their canisters. This was frustrating because Gillette overall is a way better brand than Barbasol, so I really wanted to switch back but was hesitant to do so because of the rust problem. Not anymore! This product works perfectly -- it doesnt gunk up, it holds well on the ledge in my shower, and grips the canister but still comes off without too much force. It doesnt look too bulky at all either -- I forget that its there until its time to change out the canister. So impressed! I immediately recommended this product to my family as well, who I know have spent most of my life fighting rust rings in their showers and bath tubs from shaving cream cans.
