My daughter suffers from autonomic dysfunction. Adding salt to her diet was difficult, but using these daily have really, literally changed her life.

I have POTS and these were the first product recommended to me by my doctor as a good first step in helping to minimize my symptoms. And I was instantly hooked! These capsules are a perfect way to boost sodium intake and are super simple! For awhile I experimented with various different electrolyte products but nothing was as convenient, easy and thoughtless as this! I have a lot of sensory issues and I struggled with a lot of the other products that were recommended to me, like dissolvable powders (liquid IV and others) and hated the grainy texture and artificial flavors of them all! This was an easy no brained for me as I didn’t have to taste them or even notice them, just took them in the morning and at night with my normal medication and saw major improvements!

This seems to be the only thing weve found that reduces and pretty well eliminates my wifes nighttime leg and foot cramps!

Dehydration help

Sometime in my late forties I started getting severe leg cramps at night while I slept. They would wake me up and they hurt like the dickens. I would have to get out of bed and walk them off sometimes for 10 or 15 minutes before they subsided and I could go back to sleep. They got progressively worse until it would happen almost nightly. My doctor had no solution. I read somewhere that low electrolytes could be the problem. I tried a number of things but these capsules are the only thing that has helped. Ive had two or three minor episodes in the last couple of years and thats it. I take 4 capsules every night before bed. I was worried that it might affect my blood pressure but it hasnt.

I dont think theres anything I dont like about this product. I needed to order it because I have dysautonomia and it really helps when I get dizzy. Also, its too much to drink sports drinks all of the time due to the sugar so these supplements are just dandy.

I don’t think I would have finished Chicago marathon in 2021 without these caps it got to a red flag & it was difficult to get anything down. Normally I go for the chews, but when you don’t feel like chewing the caps are perfect!
