This is very effective and Saltstick caps have a nice balance of four electrolytes.

I don’t think I would have finished Chicago marathon in 2021 without these caps it got to a red flag & it was difficult to get anything down. Normally I go for the chews, but when you don’t feel like chewing the caps are perfect!

These capsules are a perfect way to boost sodium intake and are super simple! For awhile I experimented with various different electrolyte products but nothing was as convenient, easy and thoughtless as this! Sometime in my late forties I started getting severe leg cramps at night while I slept. They would wake me up and they hurt like the dickens.
