I have experienced the exact same problem as written in a previous review. For $200 plus and samsung brand I expected this to be a simple plug n play set up as stated in description above. Unfortunately, i wasted a ton of time thinking this was operator error. I spent time with the IT team from my work trying to fix remotely. Then finally brought it to the office for them to look at. they were unable to get it to work with a number of laptops & desktop computers. I am unable to get anything to work on it aside from the response check source device that comes up on the screen when I plug something in. I take my laptop to and from work daily. At work it plugs right into 2 additional screens and never has a problem. The packaging arrived in great condition and well packed. No visible damage anywhere. This incredibly frustrating I expect Samsung and Amazon to provide better quality for the price. I question the 4 star reviews. Nothing can be done I guess. Wasted $250

Monitor was awesome one of the few that turned sideways, adjustment up and down. Cover looks good from every angle. Only thing I didnt like it would have been nice to have a different ports.

I am not a quitter and I spent hours and hours trying to get this monitor to show an image. It was a replacement for my older 3rd monitor, so I know that I can have 3. My computer would recognize it, but no picture. I am beyond frustrated. I called Samsung and the service person asked some questions and checked a few settings, but deemed it impossible for this monitor to work on my computer. I read everything I could find online about what to do. I purchased 2 additional adapters. HMDI to VGA and HDMI to USB. No change with either. I would love to know what I am missing, but no one seems to know and I wont spend anymore of my time trying to find out.

I have around 25 of these monitors and all are working perfectly. Highly recommended. No power dongle either, it plugs into a standard outlet.

The monitor is nice overall. Good size, easily adjustable, easy to assemble on the stand. My 2 issues with it are that unless your desk is very solid and sturdy, the monitor seems shakey like its slightly moving all the time just from me typing. I am upgrading to a better desk soon, so no issue for me, but keep this in mind if your desk isnt very solid. You will notice the monitor rocking back and forth. Also the strip on the bottom is prone to dust and dirt collecting on it.

The only issue seems the power cord. it does not stay on tight. I have to bend the two pin a bit have it stay. resolution and look are all good. Best thing is the adjustable height which we were looking for.

For a home office works great, way sharper than the Dell monitor I had before. Sure gamers would have different expectations but highly recommended

Love love love love! Not much more to say. Saw a lot of reviews saying the joystick on the back was complicated to use. This is not the case at all! I rather enjoy the design and for me it only took about 10 seconds to get use to it. Great picture and color quality. Not much more you can ask for.

It took me a few weeks to decide what I wanted and I found that this monitor is just what I needed and works well. It is easy to use and the clarity is wonderful! I recommend this product highly.
