After getting the screen replaced I went shopping with my wife and in one of the stores it was left behind and what do you know, no one ever turned it in So I really cannot say how it works or does not work.

After owning numerous Kindle tablets, I was ready to move up. After a lot a research, I decided on the Galaxy Tab A because it offered pretty much the same abilities as the more expensive iPad. Have not been disappointed! I can play my games, use Word, check email, and still read books using the Kindle app. Very happy with my decision.

I love this thing. Its a lot more reliable than the off brand I previously bought, which didnt last and had trouble with some applications. I use it pretty much just for reading and browsing the web, but its not fun when the tablet dies. It uses a standard power port, not like my previous off brand unit. Im very glad I bought this.
